Poey is very good at naturally addressing Ref's. Whether they are gay ref's or not is irrelevant. I think his game management and decision making and maybe politics too is what is holding Poey back from being a great Captain.

I disagree with this. The team of the tournament should not take into account combinations. It should only take into account the best player in their position. Who cares if the team is unbalanced, its about choosing the form players of the tournament.
