Wallabies vs Ireland - 3rd test - Saturday 23rd June 2018 - Sydney Football Stadium

One of the dumbest things I've ever seen a winger do on an international rugby field Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    Where to for Super Rugby?

NRL salary cap = $9.5m aud Top 14 salary cap = 11.3m euro ($17.7m Aud) Aviva premiership salary cap = 7m GBP ($12.5m Aud) https://i.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/international/103973088/dan-carters-french-fortune-revealed-as-top-14-salaries-double-over-last-decade Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    Reds 2018

Honestly Lou, the assistant coach in charge of defense has been the least of our worries for most of the year. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    Refereeing decisions

The problem is there's no "he's ok if he's been knocked off balance" exclusion in the game management guideline. Refs have to follow the guidelines, judicial officers have a bit more leeway Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

Are you sure he wasn't winking while he said that last line? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

2018 TV ratings and crowd numbers

Read into it however you want - but AFL and NRL ratings on FTA and Fox on Saturday pretty much held up and were around the same as last week despite the World Cup match. Rugby numbers were down a fair bit

2018 TV ratings and crowd numbers

Bit late but Foxtel rating s have come through Aus v Ireland - 142k NZ v France - 115k

    Refereeing decisions

Very interesting article showing which teams are penalised and carded most, and whose opponents get the treatment https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/all-blacks/104800313/all-blacks-and-england-are-world-rugbys-most-foul-but-they-dont-escape-punishment

    June Internationals not involving Australia

Effectively David Croft etc rescinded the red card because of the collision which happened earlier with another player. Would the ref even be looking at that? If he has too, then we're going to be looking at a lot more replays to decide during the game Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

2018 TV ratings and crowd numbers

Channel Ten would have close to zero interest in showing rugby ahead of Masterchef on a Sunday evening

2018 TV ratings and crowd numbers

Yeah absolutely. A mate at the test match at AAMI park sent me a photo showing the crowd cheering in the stands when the Socceroos scored their penalty!

2018 TV ratings and crowd numbers

To take a pessamistic view, the cricket rating is not too bad for the Gem digital channel on a Saturday night. The rugby one on Ten is frankly pretty terrible for a main channel SBS had a great night with the world cup Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    Reds 2018

Not sure that the NRL/Suncorp/the government are quite that powerless if they want the game moved Reg. Having said that, it looks like the dates may have been announced a bit early. They are walking it back a bit at the moment. Related question, how much did the aleague pay the Tahs to have...

Reds use the same contract as everyone else. They need better controls around who they are signing to their contracts Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    Wallabies 2019 Thread

If Coleman is out, Simmons calls the lineout and is the TH lock in the scrum. It's really that simple Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk

    The Wallabies Thread

If I was Hooper I'd sure as hell be taking a bit of time, discuss the options with my senior players, and get the right descision. Hooper would be loving having Poey and Genia out there in those situations What exactly is there to criticize?
