    RWC QF2: England v France (W Pool B v RU Pool A)

How very welsh of you. Not sure what is wrong with the wallabies but they seem capable of being outmuscled. Hope they don't go back to a percentage game vs SA. the way to beat them is to run them ragged. Have loved Matfield's workrate for years but he looks like a mule at the moment

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

S'weird -Just don't think he fits the system Cement Head is playing. Looks even worse now North is being brought into the line. watched fiji again today and he didn't do anything wrong- he just wasn't around in any of the moves when we lit up

    RWC QF2: England v France (W Pool B v RU Pool A)

Whilst we've got an aussie's attention, what's going on on the other threads? where's all the famed Australian self confidence gone. You've beaten SA twice already this year (and it was hardly close). Site looks more like Gwl@d after 6N and you're not even out of it! Even getting chippy...

dunno what's wrong but you saw the Fiji game. His timing just seems all wrong

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

I agree. Mate of mine (french) rang from Auckland to say he was coming home since he had stopped believing and didn't want to be around Orc fans when they lose. Said he bumped into Lievremont last night and apparently he has stopped wingeing in public. Didn't help his cause telling him he was...

    RWC QF2: England v France (W Pool B v RU Pool A)

Not well. I've watched all four games again and I think believe. Crushing nightmare imminent. talking of dangerous hypocrisy Did you read Jeremy Gussett on the BBC website? Isn't this the same man who ran over a police car in Bath whilst pissed? or was I deaming??

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

I really do like Hook but reckon he's off form. Same with Lee Byrne. If it were just a question of a running back then Shove is the man for FB, but still not confident of Priestland's kicking under pressure- like in SA game. think this game might be decided in multiples of three

Shame in a way that George North has to switch wings

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

Not noticed how every time a penalty went against them, captain goes forward and second player stands about 5m back, then walks back with the ref chopsing all the way.

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

Yes but we don't have another kicker and if we are playing Priestland in front of Wellies, then I feel Hook may be needed. BTW, watched the Fiji game and Halfpenny played really well considerable the crap passes he was shovelled. Few things interloper. First, am still blushing at the idea...

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Years of introspection and self loathing overcome with a surfeit of optimism.

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

So, back to my fantasy Wales vs Argentina repeat of the 7s world cup final?

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

there's that optimism word again. Reckon you others are writing them off too early. You've beaten this lot twice already. Am willing to hold Paddy O Brien responsible for most criminal acts occuring in the world today, but I think Lawrence isn't that bad. Prefer him to Joubert

    RWC QF2: England v France (W Pool B v RU Pool A)

gotta love the french. their news conferences could never be called boring, if a little bizarre. Am sure at one point Lievremont informs the world that his wife is sulking cos he isn't sleeping with her.

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

well, if he does play Barnes he should do it with a view to cutting the springboks to ribbons through the backs (like in the vid. above). we did it to 70mins but in te end we bottled it whereas you lot can hold your nerve. Don't revert back to one out crash ball.

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

Having seen George North- bugger experience! but you are right- that might be what gatland does. Message to Gatland: Have a word about the Mickers constant gobbing off at the referee. Never stopped throughout wallabies game 'its a maul, it's a maul'. and the double captaincy when penalties...

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Think it strange that you are praying for salvation via such a defensive minded player just to cover QC (Quade Cooper) defensive deficiences. Seemed to me before the RWC you had crap forwards (apart from Pocock) and killer attacking backs. Has loss to really Ireland changed so much or is this 'cos so many...

    Robbie Deans

Missed the start of this thread but 'spose (just 'spose) you lost this weekend. Would Deans survive the outrage? From a personal perspective, it might be said that I'd like to see Deans freed up to take over from GH so we keep Cement Head at the helm
