Reds v Bulls, Rnd 7 2020 Suncorp Stadium 6:15pm AEST

ASY (Angus Scott-Young) must feel very unlucky. He was one of the best against the Crusaders. What is the issue with McDermott? Apparently, not injured as he's getting time on the bench. EDIT : Just saw Ignoto's take on the Tate situation. Seems a bit unlikely to just play one of the star players for the last...

Reds looking the goods for this game. Expect a win and possibly a bonus point.

    Brumbies v Waratahs, Rnd 7 2020 GIO Stadium Sunday 15 Mar 16:05

Nah. Will be close for a while, and if the Tahs can put in an 80 minute shift, could go either way.

    Global Rapid Rugby

Thinking about it all now that GRR is about to kick off, maybe the silver lining is that it was the Force, not the Rebels, who were cut from Super Rugby. Had it been the Rebels, things would probably have continued without any change to Super Rugby or new development such as GRR once the initial trauma had died...

    New Zealand Rugby Team Watch

I'm with WOB. I think Goodhue is a natural No 12 and the best going round in NZ and ALB is a better No 13. I think I'd have to shoe-horn Lam in there too. After the way the Brumbies handled DMac so that he looked light a rabbit caught in headlights, I'd be very happy to see him in the ABs...

    Un-Australian Activities 2020

WOB, maybe for the first time since the conference system was introduced, the top 8 would be the same in the same order if there were no conferences involved.

    Brumbies 2020

That's the point I think Slim. Manuka is easier to access for half the territory, meaning it is harder for the other half. Sort of evens itself out in terms of numbers. Except that those who won't go to Bruce are already lost from the ground while moving to Manuka will possibly see some of those...

    Brumbies v Waratahs, Rnd 7 2020 GIO Stadium Sunday 15 Mar 16:05

DP, I'm bloody sure I'm going to get yelled at and I can almost name the culprits. Think I might have to call someone a Sydney Wanker and refer to all Tahs supporters as east coast elite dickheads just to even the score a bit. Might even look at another result to post somewhere along the way...

    Wallabies 2020

I have long been a fan of Uelese, but on form this year he is behind both Mafi and Rangi, who are both chasing Fainga'a.

    Wallabies 2020

This is a point well deserving of discussion. Not arguing that Michael Hooper isn't the better No 7, but a backrow containg Hooper requires one of the Nos 6 or 8 being the third string lineout jumper. That constrains the selections in thos positions. If Wright were to start at 7, then a...

    Wallabies 2020

Wilson's form is great but so is the form of the other backrow contenders mentioned. It won't surprise me if he has to wait another year or two to make a spot his own. Remember when George Smith came into his own, he still had to wait behind Brett Robinson at the Brumbies and Wilson at the...

    Reds 2020

Henry played 13 a few times at the Brumbies, but big issue for Paisami is he'll likely miss the head to head with TK in a couple of weeks time.

I was commenting on Adam's reference to height having to do with the Dutch heritage. BBC podcast available on bbc.co.uk/sounds/play titled The Compass - Changing World, Changing Bodies, by Professor Cregan-Reid, aired on 4 March.

    RD6 : Brumbies v Sunwolves, Wollongong Friday 6 March 2:45pm AEDT

He's had two outstanding games against the Chiefs and Sunwolves. Hope he keeps it up because he's now an integral part of the pack.

That's going to hurt the Reds, unfortunately.

    Wallabies 2020

As a Uelese fan, I have to say he has done nothing this year to warrant selection at the Wallabies. Rangi is the preferred Hooker at the Rebels and is in far better form.

    Wallabies 2020

Best Lock on the ground v the Cru. That's his best position and where he should play for the Wallabies. On Locks, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), Philip and Neville all had very strong games. Neville is starting to come into contention, but still behind Rodda, LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) and Philip.

Not according to research being reported on BBC. Nutrition and Genes are reported to have nil effect on body height. All psychology apparently. BBC is a very reliable source, but I personally have a lot of doubt about this particular item.

    Waratahs vs Chiefs - Super Rugby R 6 2020, Friday 6 March @ 7.15pm @ Wollongong

I'm pretty sure it was reported that he wanted to leave the Rebels so that he could get more game time at No 15. So far, hasn't got any at the Tahs. Looks like he's in the same sort of mind frame as he was recently at the Rebels.
