    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

There's been a lot of mention of Singapore. While Tonga and Samoa seem to be somewhat linked to the WS team according to an article in the The West Australian. So assuming that: Force, WS, Panasonic, Top League 2, North Harbour, Fiji, Singapore, Hong Kong

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

Auckland >> Taranaki when it comes to recognition.

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

So I read a post on Reddit that is suggesting that the NZ based team is North Harbour.

World Series Rugby: Rd 7 Western Force v Panasonic Wild Knights Friday 17 August at 06:30PM WST

Funny. There wasn't one for the Wallabies vs Super XV game either. Both games flowed and the refs made quick and decisive decisions. May be not funny but certainly interesting.

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

It's inner west. It's not Western Sydney.

World Series Rugby: Rd 7 Western Force v Panasonic Wild Knights Friday 17 August at 06:30PM WST

Both teams wanted to play. Threw it around and pushed the pace. Well worth tuning in.

World Series Rugby: Rd 7 Western Force v Panasonic Wild Knights Friday 17 August at 06:30PM WST

Lapses at times. Some freak bounces of the ball here and there. Think it had a lot to do with the nature in how the game was played. High pace. May have been like 3 scrums in the second half.

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

There's a stadium not 10 minutes up the road from me that's free pretty much all year. It only has 4 NRL a year and has a train station only 100m from the gates. Campbelltown Stadium.

World Series Rugby: Rd 7 Western Force v Panasonic Wild Knights Friday 17 August at 06:30PM WST

Yeah, Panasonic score from the maul just before HT. 21-31 in the visitors favour. Don't know if Barnes converted. He did. Score is 21-33.

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

That's probably something that RA could look at from the perspective of PE such as WSR coming into the game. If they were proactive about it they could use it to essentially help address shortfall's in their development and funding models. WS is a glaring example. If WSR places a team in the...

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

Again, if it's done right I'd be 100% behind the move. Would also be a solid move for both Penrith and the soon to be rebranded Parramatta to align themselves with such a team. I'd certainly get on board with such a team.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

The only way we could get comparable speeds to what the FTTP was to provide now is via 5G. I've used it and it's seriously quick. On average 200GB download and around 120GB upload with plenty of capacity to grow. Problem is, it's likely to be ridiculously expensive.

    Waratahs 2019

Did your 'good authority' read the same article many of us did that stated as much about a month or so ago?:)

    Where to for Twiggy Rugby?

Having influence in SA or in particular with Pichot would allow him to apply more direct pressure on RA via WR (World Rugby). Fortescue will also be sponsoring the new Sth American league according to what I seen.

    Rugby News from unexpected places

I'm surprised no one has said anything about his motives in such a move. Which are obviously not entirely altruistic. But if it prove mutually beneficial overall I'm more or less fine with it.

    Waratahs 2019

As long as he doesn't immediately drop to the ground as soon as he hits the line he'd be a major upgrade to Staniforth who doesn't even dominate in the club games I've seen him in. But yeah, if I had the choice between Arnold and Rhodda. I'd take Rhodda everyday of the week.

It's the first time I've seen his name attached but it could be a net positive for sure.

    Rugby News from unexpected places

Augustin Pichot has been appointed as the CEO of the Latin American branch of Fortescue Metals. Which is interesting. Apparently Forrest or at least one of his companies will also be sponsoring the mooted South American professional league.
