    Reds 2018

I am not trying to have a dig at you here Reg but it needs to be pointed out that a lot of the Queensland rugby community were ready to defend Stiles and Richard Graham appointments needing more time because they were ingrained into the rugby community and some of the posters on this forum knew...

    Reds 2018

This is a good day for Queensland rugby in my opinion. We move on from a underperforming coach and put in place a coach who’s shown a lot of promise. It’s now time for me to put my money where my mouth is and get the reds season tickets I said I would if they took the gamble on Brad Thorn.

Couriermail and Foxsports website is banging the drum hard today with articles on Stiles to been shown the door. interesting fact i just read he is the worst performing coach in the history of super rugby (minimum 35 games) Hope it happens and soon! Want nothing to do with him.

    Reds 2018

Seems like I'm going against the grain of public opinion on a message board of wised up rugby fans. If Stiles is coach so be it. But if the media is reporting on rumours with substance then I'll be driving the Brad Thorn locomotive in 2018.

But his been a failure at the super rugby level. This has all the hallmarks of keeping onto Richard Graham a year too long.

Brad Thorn has coaching credentials. U20 and NRC.

Scrubber. I'm sure your well versed on Stiles coaching tree, Where his been and what his done. But the average punter on the street would say "Who TF is Nick Stiles" 2017 was the year when all the talent returned home and he was even gift wrapped the greatest openside flanker Australia has ever...

    Reds 2018

I'm not supporting Stiles, He lost me when he publicly threw Ready/Frisby under the bus. How are the other players suppose to feel when he can't take ownership of the losses? I don't think the locker room respects him (albeit i wouldn't have a clue if this true only just a gut feeling) If Stiles...

If the Reds sign Brad Thorn as coach. I promise you all I will be getting season tickets. They could sign nobody else this offseason and i'd still be super excited for the season knowing they are making the best of a really bad situations (paying off all these former coaches but taking a risk...

Radike is not pulling a crowd. Least my personal experience I would never drop what I was doing to go see radike Samo suit up in a third tier Comp. His a great addition to that squad but I tend to side with The whisper logic about this comp being a pathway for the next generation. I will say...

Forgive us and our right to defend something after not having anything to defend for nearly a decade. Premiers and Premier Colts both made it to the playoffs and we now have the 2nd best clubhouse in Australia on the serge rankings

    Queensland Rugby 7s 2017

All I know is the next logical date in that series is October 21st. That's the day of the Brisbane Test match. Perhaps there's a understanding around the brisbane rugby community not to schedule anything on the day of tests matches? The best scheduling compromise in the above scenario is move...

Always thought Izack Rodda sounded like a menacing lock name. I remember I use to poke fun at the Tigers how they hadn't had a wallaby since David Wilson. Andrew Ready toured with the wallabies last year and got a match with wallaby XV vs French Barbarian but I don't believe that is classified...

I am for the most part agreeing on your stance but after my team returned to the playoffs after a 10 year absence and knowing of the arms race that goes on at top of ladder with paying players. I'm gonna throw my morals and ethics out the window and get behind whatever it takes. Wests had a...

What and Tongan Thor couldn't convince him to come to brothers? That makes sense. It's usually friendship why we play rugby and choose clubs.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2017

Tongan Thor would be a perfect addition to the kennel. The 2 most painful defeats for the club came on the back of suspect scrums (round 1 vs gps, semi final vs Sunnybank). The current props we have are fine scrummagers but are not dominate. Hope this happens but if it doesn't I'm happy with...

You sure about that? Digby Ioane last contract (as I recall reading which was printed somewhere in Couriermail??) was all but finalised when the Sunnybank RSL contributed a payment. Maybe my memory is dusty and this never happened but I do recall reading it somewhere

anything that takes money away from grassroots and puts it in the pockets of a provincial rugby team is a bad idea. It should be done in opposite like example NRC going to the suburban clubs which is/was a fantastic idea

I think it'll be GPS as well. 2 best teams are meeting in the grand final. University were so dominate this year but their kryptonite seems to be a redhot emerald and saphire galloper from Yoku Road. If i'm giving a score prediction it'll be in the 10-13 points range. Can't wait for the...
