    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Yeah but wasnt that the deal with Ireland till their win over us recently? At any rate I'll have to read that scrum thread sometime. As far as the French go I'll be looking forward to their 1st pick team play later in the tornament - whatever their 1st 15 is.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

I noticed that too, Woodcock seems to be attracting a few penalties, with good cause cause I'm sure he was the one going down first a few times. Maybe someone thats not a backrower could tell me about the technicalities of scrummaging if I'm wrong to suggest Woodcock is at fault but he sure as...

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

The booing crowd doesnt seem to realise no offside rules in general play. EDIT: Dagg has ice bag on the quad it looks like. A couple of worries there for NZ but no where near the damage the Wallabies got, by comparison.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

I hope for his sake its alright he's had a few injuries lately. He may well have hyperextended it which never feels good. Interesting try decision there for Fra but NZ hit back again with SBW, my NZ by 20 seems to be pretty spot on pending the conversion.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Dagg limping, Thomson went down holding his knee. EDIT: looking at the replay I just think Thomson had his leg caught in between a couple of players & just got stuck, at least it looked that way to me. Didnt see what happened to Dagg.

The bagpipe ban is so stupid.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

I forget his name but the French No.8 has made quite a few good runs this game, sometimes they've showed some good go forward & breakdown work but AB's just simply able to take the opportunities when on offer & do some good counter attacking in open play.

Oranges sprinkled with powdered suger...or perhaps anthrax.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

There wasnt a huge amount of contact there from Kaino but he just didnt need to do that. Hoping the French hang in there & close the scoreline a bit more. 19-3 NZ.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Only thing the AB's have to worry about now is injuries. If the scoreline stays at the margin it is going into the 2nd half I'd be resting a few players.

AB's over again, looking like its going to get ugly early.

    Ch9 RWC coverage

With the job Nien do people who dont have Foxtel would be better off if SBS or ABC got the rights to it, even if it just meant being streamed online, I'd be happy with that if I had no foxtel & had to choose between Nien having it or watching it online with no interuptions & live. Funnily enough...

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Unsure if there is going to be a separate thread for NZ v FRA but I'm looking forward to it. Listening to Graham Henry earlier I'm expecting the AB's to come out of the blocks firing & make a big statement in this game. Hoping the French put up a fight but I'm backing the AB's by at least 20...

RWC 2011 - Pool B - Scotland, Romania, England, Georgia, Argentina

The Romanians should at least have plenty of points for tackles made. EDIT: Marius "We play Rugby for happiness". Love that quote. Now I'm off, will be back for NZ v FRA, looking forward to it.

RWC 2011 - Pool B - Scotland, Romania, England, Georgia, Argentina

Not surprised by whats gone on between Eng v Rom. Watching mainly out of interest to see how Chris Ashton & Steve Thompson go as they are both in my fantasy team.

    Shute Shield 2011

Well done Woodies, their coach coached the Aussie womens rugby team so I was hoping the Woodies would win it for him. Now back to the carnage that is Eng v Rom.

    Shute Shield 2011

Been cutting in and out of this game & the Eng v Rom game. Gawd people are sliding all over the place out there, good to see the score is close.

    Rugby spirit

In our comp we shake hands before & after play. There is one team that doesnt shake hands before playing & everyone was quite happy when we beat them in the GF. I think if its usual not to shake hands before a game across a whole comp then there is no problem but if its been a long standing...

    RWC Wallabies v USA - 23 September
