    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

With Fouche and Kirchner at first receiver? No.

    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

James Leckie has absolutely no fucking clue what he's doing out there. Scrums, mauls, tackles. He's having a mare.

Ewen McKenzie - Life after the Reds

Can someone actually try to articulate what this "understanding Australian players" or "Australian Psyche" thing actually means. Maybe for the last ten years of living here I haven't been paying attention.

    Force v Cheetahs, R6 2013

All that pressure at home. Cheetahs by 3.

    Force v Cheetahs, R6 2013

Perplexing although he is coming back from repeated neck issues and surgery so I suspect the are limiting his game time.

    Sharks v Rebels RD 6 2013

I could live with Ysterbeth and PS du Toit in Green and Gold in a couple of years time. PS has all the physical attributes. We need to see if he can run the lineout.

Waratahs Blues Sunday 24th March, SFS

We're doing a school father and daughter event. Fourty bucks per family. We'se bin robbed. I'm so pissed off that I'm going to have to wear my Bulls jersey.

    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

Weirdness. But there are a lot of injuries. We have to give the young locks exposure. Juandre Kruger leaves the Bulls at the end of the season. But why not start him with one of the greenhorns? Kirsten got minced last week. No surprise to have Werner Kruger back. Wynand Olivier, Flip vd...

Ewen McKenzie - Life after the Reds

Enjoy those. No more 457's. We'll have to develop them ourselves now. Can anyone on the board sing? :)

Ewen McKenzie - Life after the Reds

Utter drivel. So being absolutely driven for success and taking pride in your work is not enough? There is no passion in there? There is no passion in seeing young people under your watch develop? There is no passion is seeing results? There is no passion in seeing the mental toughness you...

Ewen McKenzie - Life after the Reds

Short summary: "I am not a xenophobe but I don't want a foreigner." Deans has divided the rugby community because of the win / loss percentage. Had it been 80% you would probably have been one the first to call for a statue to be erected in his honor. Having said that I think Link would be a...

Stormers vs Brumbies r6 @ Newlands

No reports of Burger being fit. The Stormers are still without Etzebeth. He is to their pack what kahunas are to a stud bull - the most important part. His stand-in has been good, but doesn't offer enough in the muck. I reckon they should start Elstad at lock with Bekker-san and play Rhodes on...

    Force v Cheetahs, R6 2013

Disaster for the Cheetahs. The replacement bloke isn't bad but he is not in the same league.

    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

I look at the young players the Bulls have contracted that are on the verge of Super Rugby and I pray that we get a more modern coach before they get wasted. We have a great young talent pool sitting in the wings. We'll need to reinvent a game plan that has at its core been the same for 100 years.

    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

Ruggo, ditto from the Bulls. They will have a cracker up their arse this week. Make no mistake. They will come with the intensity they showed against the Blues. I also expect to see a back row of Spies, and the two Potgieters to counter the pace of your back row. Those guys are not slow. But...

    Reds vs Bulls - Rd6

Take it wide. All day. We will have two rookies in the centres, albeit very good players they are untested at this level. Attack the outside channel. Speed the game up. The forwards will be angry and come hard but like the crusaders did, run them around. We are stuck between caveman rugby...

    Lions Tour 2013

I'd add Zebo to that list of wingers. Real game breaker. Is he injured?

    Sharks Vs Brumbies - S15 Rd 5

One classy rugby team. Every other coach in the comp will be taking a glimpse at the schedule and having a quiet little moment in the crapper by their lonesome.

    Lions Tour 2013

Yes I know but he made damn sure of it last night. Muppet. Oh and Jamie Roberts had question marks over his form and fitness. Not any more. Who will partner him? Probably Tuilagi. The Kiwi Gnome will back them to run over the Aussie centres. Still tough to pick any certainties at this stage.

    Lions Tour 2013

Played themselves out of a Lions plain ticket last night: Ashton Youngs Farrel Played into the jersey: Warburton Faletau Wyn Jones Phillips Seriously suspect under pressure: Farrel Tuilagi - looks great when running from deep but what else can he do? Robshaw - seemed liked a shoe-in - not...
