    Reds vs Brumbies, 2011R16

After watching the brumbies play this year, fair to say they cannot score a try. THey are pathetic in attack. So even if Queensland can't score many of their own, I just cannot see ACT getting points from tries.

    Elsom: In or Out?

Has anyone elses thought that possibly Elsom isn't the best no.6 in the country anymore, and it's not a matter of fitness? Scott Higginbotham has been in amazing form the last 2 months and has been good for the past 2 seasons. Elsom seemed to be slowing a bit and not playing as well last year...

    Reds 2011

Feel sorry for Aiden Toua, was in such good form

    Reds v. Crusaders, May 29th, Suncorp - 2011R15

Well to be put in perspective, if Harris, Davies and Hynes were fit, he'd be struggling to make the starting side for QLD. But that being said he has been superb this year, has made Quade Coopers life a lot easier

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

He was either in Japan or not contracted I think, what a turn around by the big fella. Ruggo I agree, he has been the form outside center this season for Australian Provinces, he kept SBW quiet all game yesterday and has done to opposition all season. Yes he doesn't offer as much in attack...

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

That's what I was saying, the injured players should get game time beforehand, as should some of less experienced guys, to get a feel for international rugby. I'm not saying anyone like Pyle, Samo or Robinson will be in the 22 come Tri-Nations time, but those blokes are pushing for WC spots...

Gnostic's Wk15 team of the week

He isn't the problem with the Reds scrum, doesn't help that Daley and Saia struggle every week.

    Reds 2011

I'd say Harris would come back starting 12 (even though Tapuai has played well). Then you gotta work where Hynes, Davies, Lucas and Morahan go. Personally, I'd have Morahan and Hynes starting, with Lucas and Davies on the bench (with Lucas also being half-back cover). Either way it's win win...

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I'd say the front rowers for the world cup is pretty much settled baring injury. I'd love to see players like Hugh Pyle, Radike Samo, Nick Phipps, Beau Robinson (if he is fit) and Cameron Shepherd get game time in this Tri-Nations to push their claims. Also players returning from injury such as...

    Reds v. Crusaders, May 29th, Suncorp - 2011R15

Oh get over the ref, yeah he was average, who cares it happens every week. It was a enthralling game of rugby by the two best teams in the competition infront of a massive crowd, talk about that instead. Surely this thread should be focusing on aspects of the game such as Quade Coopers freakish...

    Reds 2011

One of the commentators for the game said that Rod Davies, Mike Harris and Peter Hynes will be back by finals time. Dunno how reliable but if so excellent news

Gnostic's Wk15 team of the week

Uuhhh didnt you watch James Slipper? His work was tireless, made many tackles and hit ups. Starting over Kepu this week

IRB U/20 Tournament and Oz Squad

Could not agree more. The U20's already have two Super Rugby opensides. Shatz would do the job as a 7, but he isn't the type of fetcher Robbinson and Gill are, should be interesting to see what happens here. Link might resist because the teams the Reds play the coming weeks aren't that strong in...

Pressure on the Waratahs to make the Finals

Well if the Reds finish first they won't be playing anyone in the first week of the finals

Rd 15 Reds MOM v Crusaders

1-Beau Robinson (i hope he isn't out too long) 2-Radike Samo 3-James Slipper No player had a bad game imo

    Reds v. Crusaders, May 29th, Suncorp - 2011R15

If the showers hold off, Reds by 6. If it does get a bit wet I think Crusaders have the ability to adapt a bit better to that playing style, and when I say Crusaders I mean Dan Carter knows how too haha. As much as Carter and Cooper's running and playmaking games will be vital, I think it'll...

IRB U/20 Tournament and Oz Squad

Get over it dude, its been discussed, no need for you to bring it up again. Are there many academy players that could be named, Mitch Felsman might be one? Can't think of any others currently.

Pressure on the Waratahs to make the Finals

Otago are doing the same thing the Reds did last year, starting to slip off at the business end. I'd like to see them get through though, but I think Sharks and Bulls will grab 5th and 6th, simply because they have a home games, Waratahs on the road against the Bulls and Otago (this game is...

    Brumbies vs Stormers @ Canberra - 2011R15

Tell ya what, Brumbies might of made a mistake letting Colby and Hooper go for u20's because Julian Salvi is horrible. On another not Ashley-Cooper looks extremely out of form

Rd 15 Force MOM v Hurricanes
