Interesting article in view of rapid return of concussion victims http://www.scotsman.com/scotland-on-sunday/sport/tom-english-rugby-concussion-rule-causes-alarm-1-2868497

Well at least they benched croft. L'idiot better option with SOB on bench. Like it. Spikey Philips injured apparently so young gets a start. Wrong! Murray is better at playing gatland ball. Ok parling prove me wrong. Not much cover on bench if 2nd row injured. Bowe for cuthbert good choice...

Think these look pretty good and reflect opinions here. Will follow Heaslip more closely in 2nd test cos on these he will certainly play. No figures for turnovers unfortunately. 5ian did pretty well in that dept. last night too

I'd start with Bowe. Better defensively and equal or better in attack than Alex

Saw that. Manu gets a guernsey then, with foxy on the bench.

I disagree. I think he and toby work well together. His distribution is better than either of the others and if he has been doing an impression of Pikey, then he is doing better than the real thing! But our resident prophet of doom Plastic might be right. Perhaps last night was his last game...

Did toby play full 80? If he did then he's not in gatlands 23. Shame. He was really good.

Thought Grey and evans were both good tonight. Particularly Grey. Hibbard too. we actually won ball to middle of line out. Definately Murray over Youngs. Zebo looked lost. Tuilagi kicked to often. Jackson 600,000,000,000 times beter ref than Pollack

Faletau for Heaslip. SoB for croft. toby and Murray worked well together

There would have been more pilfering if he hadn't blown up for it. BoD in particular looked to be on the receiving end of some strange decisions. Wonder how Pollack refs richie McCaw? the advantage or lack of it that led to the first first try was a bit baffling too

    Lions Tour 2013

Good point but Not tips AND SoB and not Tuilagui -roberts if fit. think cementhead has already said as much as Bowe is in.

The game plan seemed to be to beat the lions at the breakdown. Thanks to some benign reffing, this they did. However, there was then no support ofr outside backs who mostly just went sideways except for broken play when their support wasn't needed

Please don't compare george with Gashton, makes me nauseous

Wallabies: Latest Injuries and selection for Test 2

Seemed to me that the forwards were putting so much effort into competing at the breakdown that they were over-committeed and couldn't give the backs any support.

Deans surely has to go with backline playing in their correct positions? wingers on wings, centres at centre and 10s at 10. What happened on Saturday seemed nonsensical, at least from an interested ousiders point of view

Think the usually mildly insane Matt mad dog Dawson has finally reached the barking stage http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/23029495 Maybe he is mixing up with his brother. Pikey wasn't very good but Youngs was no better
