    Canes v Reds @ TheCakeTin

The Reds look both to be a lot less fit than previous years and also much more poorly coached. Many more displays like that and Graham must be gone. Diabolical on defence and that is Graham's area. Poor on attack too. Dumb decisions by the coaches too - why start Daley? Just head scratching...

    Canes v Reds @ TheCakeTin

Cooper with a second penalty and Reds with the lead again.

    Canes v Reds @ TheCakeTin

That was JJ not CFS as has been pointed out a lot above.

    Canes v Reds @ TheCakeTin

Reds defence being hammered out wide, winger Tuilagi got it wrong and came in.

    Canes v Reds @ TheCakeTin

Canes in out wide after Reds leave gaping holes at the ruck. Marshall getting on the outside of Schatz. Reds defence looking sloppy.

    Brumbies v Chiefs Rd 11 2014

He actually got a lot of starts in the season before he left. Played a lot of 6 and 8 as well. Yeah definitely a 7, but I never thought of him as a breakdown pest like Croft at all. Of the Brumbies stable right now, he's the only fit player that even resembles an open side so the selection...

    Brumbies v Chiefs Rd 11 2014

Since when has McVerry been an out and out fetcher? He is an open side, but my memories of him were not of him being an out and out fetcher. He's closer to what Lee Grant called a "notter".

    Blues v Tahs, round 11 2014

Heard a report that said that Benji may be left out of the Blues side altogether.

Rebels vs Force, Round 10, 2014

He had a baby, I think?

    Waratahs 2014

From what I heard, it's a risk issue. Folau and the Tahs were willing to gamble with Folau's health to the extent that Folau could need an emergency tracheotomy for what would be an innocuous bump. No doubt the ARU would not only be horrified about their high profile signing, but at the bad...

    Wallaby Watch 2014

Damn you, beat me to it by THIS much!

    Wallaby Watch 2014

Don't know about this Adam Colman fellow, but Adam Coleman from the Force may be one for the future. However, until he is starting regularly and/or getting more time, there's no point discussing him here (in the 2014 thread).

Rebels vs Force, Round 10, 2014

No Haywood? You wouldn't swap centres just to defend against a bigger 12. At most you might swap them defensively, but even that is unlikely as the defensive roles are different. You'd be better off trying to get a mobile backrower to quickly get across field to cover those channels.

    Western Force 2014

That's because they leave too much to the franchises. The ARU really don't promote (Super) rugby much in any state, WA is not alone there. The statement that ARU focuses on Queensland and NSW? Well, Queensland is nearly 100% the Reds for Super Rugby. What really is needed is FTA exposure...

    Western Force 2014

It's not the sole responsibilty to see the Western Force, the majority of the responsibility falls to the franchise. Sure, the ARU isn't blameless, but if you feel that the Force are not being sold enough, then surely the Force management / head office themselves must take the majority of the...

    Force v Tahs, round 9 2014

Yeah, Skelton does something impressive, then watch his closely. It's hard because he's often off walking somewhere in backplay. If he's close to the action, he becomes very messy, often just flopping off his feet at rucks or entering incorrectly. For Skelton to progress further he will need...

    Reds 2014

What I hope to see is a better game plan than the over kicking field position game plan we've seen all year. It's the same gameplan Graham turned up with repeatedly at the Force, and it's the same gameplan the Reds have played with most of the games this year. When the chips are down and they...

I thought that was a place to park your car!

    Reds vs Brumbies - Rd9 2014

I thought that it was quite widely known that Moore left because of a falling out with one of the coaches at the time, not because of where the Reds were on the ladder.

    Chiefs v Rebels Rd 9 2014

Found the blood rule, no mention of concussion but from what I heard it is the same. http://www.irblaws.com/index.php?law=3
