    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

I don't agree he goes missing at all. The games where the fans says he goes missing, are the games in which he picks up player's player points, because he's smashing people at close range in the tight.

    James O'Connor #12, Rob Horne #13?

I've been saying for two years that this would be the long-term Wallaby centre pairing, but this RWC is too soon. It might have happened has Horne been fit.

What Quade should have been doing

Erm... Beefcake is a Reds fan, no?

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

I think that's his greatest weakness. But then look at Gregan: the referees hated him.

    Digby Ioane

Three seasons of form. And he was better in 2010 than in 2011.

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

I don't see the problem with Elsom, so I don't see the need to take a risk. It's locally popular to say he's playing badly, but he played well in New Zealand. He's coming back off a long break, so some rustiness is to be expected. As for the captaincy, again I don't see a problem. None of the...

    Sydney Tah Williams

There is the small matter of him being a capped All-Black.

    Sydney Tah Williams

Telling lies and making sh*t up does the sport no good at all. It just brings us into disrepute. Fighting the good fight would be to spend a week researching an in-depth journalistic story.

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

It probably contributes to him never having missed a test due to injury.

No, he doesn't. Reddy! lives in his own private world.

The positives & failings from Bledisloe 1 2011

That argument is often used, but it can be indicative of two things: a dominant scrum, or a scrum seeking to milk penalties. A favourite trick of Australian scrums during the Young era was to collapse on the opposition feed.

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

That isn't true. They went into the 2007 RWC in a state of considerable decline, with the coach and team being pilloried from pillar to post in the press, in the pubs and online. Most England fans were confident they'd be knocked out in the quarters. I was there and had to put up with the...

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

Surely the 'risk and intrinsic uncertainty profile' of a new captain (or untried six) is at least as high?

What Quade should have been doing

    The backs are fine.

The positives & failings from Bledisloe 1 2011

Is that the sound of one hand w**king?

The positives & failings from Bledisloe 1 2011

And we don't want centres seagulling on the wing.

    It's the coach

Have you ever seen the AB coaches' box when they're losing? Admittedly they don't lose often, but at Hong Kong it was like an out-take from the Curse of the Living Dead. And the Saffas! You have P-Div looking up over the bench like a moustachioed schoolboy and rolling his eyes, and all the...

    Tri Nations Game 3 New Zealand v Australia - Saturday 6 August 2011 - 3N2011

Cooper was explaining in the Herald yesterday that the Wallabies have more structure than the Reds.

The positives & failings from Bledisloe 1 2011

The fact that the ABs won at home without a bonus point means the Tri-Nations is still wide open.
