    Wallabies 2023

I’m still not sure if Banks career ceiling is higher than Beales current one though. In short, I’m hoping for a white knight fullback to roll along soon.

    Waratahs 2022

PS Happy new year, and a prosperous rugby season ahead to all.

    Waratahs 2022

That’s gold. So now its lack of foresight from the Waratahs that Hansen left the Brumbies to go to Ireland

    Refereeing decisions

Yeah I got a bit worked up after watching that video on the match thread. I’ll retract the above inference and put it down to incompetence and partial blindness instead.

    Refereeing decisions

Adamson/Jonker clearly had a brief to get the home nation home. Ignoring the string of sealing off infringements by Wales after we hit the lead as the home team advanced downfield until finally he found a reason to penalise us basically 10m in front of the sticks for I’m not sure what is...

Barbarians vs Samoa, Sunday 28 November 12:30AM AEST

Ikitau might have outperformed him with Sunday's post tour bender. High level criteria for BaaBaa's.

    Brumbies 2022

Don't trial games and the Cowra 7's count anymore?

Ah yes, fair enough, I forgot they are still under strict dictatorship.

Barbarians vs Samoa, Sunday 28 November 12:30AM AEST

Are barbarians games beneath the All Blacks nowadays, or is there a reason for their non participation?

    Waratahs 2022

“We are looking to finalise our roster in the coming months as we still have couple of positions still up for grabs with a number of promising club players pressing their claims in our extended training squad.”

    Wallabies 2023

It will really depend on how Scotland and Wales go

    Wallabies 2023

Maybe we went there briefly after the loss to the French in the mid year series, but I’m certain we started at 7

Wales v Australia, Sunday 21st 4.30 am ADST.

I just went and had a look at it again. I realised then that I what I was stunned about was that it warranted reversing our penalty advantage. They were both going for the ball. Again, not the only decision I was stunned about.

    Wallabies 2023

Started at 7. 4 or 5 would have been good. Baby steps!

Wales v Australia, Sunday 21st 4.30 am ADST.

I wondered about that too, it looked like either a non event or a sanction to us, but the 3rd alternative seemed only a remote possibility. I went and made a coffee during the injury break and was stunned when I came back in to find they had got the penalty. I actually rewound to check...

You’re right, but he’s talking about the Welsh knockdown that instead of a penalty against they got a try for.
