I'd definatly have Ben McCalman starting at 8. Palu has been constantly injured for so long you can't really assume he'd be guarenteed starting.

Now that Pat McCabe is playing in the centers a bit more frequently, does anyone think Deans will look at him as a back up center as aposed to taking Fainga'a? Which would allow him to take an extra winger/fullback (Davies, Morahan, Shepherd, Turner...)

I agree with slim expect I'd have Shepherd as a definate over McCabe and Morahan. As much as I think Samo should be in the squad, if all backrowers are fit I see them more likely to choose Pyle,Wykes,Vickerman or Mumm as a 4th lock over Radike

It'd have to be behaviour/attitude issues. I can't understand why a franchise would want to get rid of a current All Black. They must have faith in the younger players who came through when Nonu and Smith were injured. Andrew Hore has gotten the boot as well.
