It's not just cash though. His players seem genuinely happy. Again, Khoder never worked for the Bulldogs or their fans. His client is SBW. Sonny seems pretty content to me.....

    Sonny Bill

I don't get the Khoder hate. His job is to do his best for his clients. You'd have to say he does a pretty good job.

SBW has said for a while that he prefers 1yr contracts so I don't think there's a lot to it. I don't mind the 1yr contracts. It kinda keeps both parties honest and you could argue that SBW has a lot more to lose than the franchise does. Look at QC (Quade Cooper)....worth apparently $700,000-odd last year...

I was hoping for he would go to the Blues....imagine that backline!! As it is we still have something like: 9. Mathewson (Weepu) 10. Weepu (Anscombe, Munroe) 11. Wulf (Stowers) 12. Nonu 13. Stanley (Ranger) 14. Ranger (Stowers) 15. Toeava Not too shabby......not a lot of depth though...

Sorry Jay - I don't know how to correct that. (Dammit?!) Anyway....here is the response from Lefau Harry Schuster: [ Eliota is already making his opinions known on Facebook:

    2011 Spring Tour

The Tahs were on their way to winning a Super title when he went off injured in 2008(?) And wasn't he the MVP or Player of the Year or whatever it was called for that one year Australia had a NPC-type comp?

    2011 Spring Tour

I actually agree with on Fainga'a at 12. I've said for a long time though that I think the Wallabies best 10 could be Beale. I'm very interested to see if the Rebels play him there much this year. He's better than Cipriani IMO. I maintain tho that he needs time there. He must start the...

OK....here's my first tentative step towards supporting the Wallabies....LOL 10. Barnes. (Is there really any other option?) 11. Ioane 12. JOC (James O'Connor) 13. Fainga'a/Horne (I haven't seen him enough - well, has anyone - but you guys all rate him so I'm prepared to go with him as well until I watch...

I can't think of anyone better than Read right now in NZ. But you are right....competition is pretty fierce. For mine, Read is head and shoulders above the rest of the NZ 8's right now but that can quickly change. That's why it's taken so long for an AB to reach 100 Tests.
