    Reds 2014

When you live your life under a magnifying glass, the spotlight can be deadly. JOC (James O'Connor) just needs to disappear for a year or two to a good team with a no-bullshit coach.

    The End of Super Rugby

Do they have the depth to recover, or are they just screwed now?

    Western Force 2013

Godwin and Lilo will be fighting over 12 for years to come, similar to Giteau v Barnes in 2010. Only good for both players and Australia in general.

    Reds 2013

    3. Gill 2. Slipper 1 was the only hard one! I decided on Quirk just for his dedication in every game.

    Rugby Championship Backrow

Easy enough for one lock to push properly, but a good partnership goes beyond one lock pushing well. Why do you think Botha and Matfield were so much better when together?

    Rugby Championship Backrow

Benefit of Simmons is he and Horwill understand each other's play, so will have a good co-ordinated scrum. Similar situation with Horne, he and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) hold a midfield and can control a back three very well.

    John I Dent Cup 2013

You can definitely see how thin their depth is when you look at how many times Royals have won in 1st grade and lose in every other grade - I think it's three or four times this season.

    Relegation: Kings v Lions

What I find odd is that the usually decent goal kicking Kings left 7 on the field.

    2013 All Blacks

I'm not decided on anything yet, just going on super form. Agree about Read being best in the world.

2013 Super Rugby Final - CHIEFS v BRUMBIES

To quote the ARU with regards to Canberra Stadium - "FAR TOO SMALL TO HAVE INTERNATIONAL GAMES! BIG GAMES NEED BIG STADIUMS!" paraphrased slightly.

2013 Super Rugby Final - CHIEFS v BRUMBIES

Very reasonable short term, but how about long term? Supporters may well lose interest entirely if they feel nobody is showing up and not even return if the tickets are cheaper than they once were.

2013 Super Rugby Final - CHIEFS v BRUMBIES

None of the finals so far have been capacity. Will this one make it?

    2013 All Blacks

Robinson v Franks, Horwill v Whitelock, Mowen v Read, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) v Smith, Folau v Smith, Mogg v Dagg - all close. Probably edge to the All Blacks though, they've had the coach for a while and have played together a few times.

2013 Super Rugby Semi Finals - Chiefs vs Crusaders

I think NSW Waratahs, QLD Reds and ACT Brumbies stand their own and make sense. Similarly, this year we also had the Melbourne Rebels and the Western Force. And you can see here that the Crusaders and Chiefs aren't that bad when it comes to being named after their location.

    Ouch, but true.........

    2013 All Blacks

Forgot all about Cane Dan54! Retallick is pretty solid but I think that they'd get Luatua at 6 before Retallick at 4 for lineouts.
