You're comment was that you didn't want these guys anywhere near Jake if he was Wallaby coach. If they are the best players available then they should be in the squad. Part of the coaches role is to set the culture of the group. If done well then a lot of these behaviours would not be an issue.

Don't think he wants to be a Super coach any more. He wants to coach International rugby.

That may well be the case but it's the perception in the greater community that's the issue. It's not a case of doing the right thing, it's a case of being seen to do the right thing.

I can't see a non Australian being the Wallabies coach after Deans. One of his biggest downfalls is his inability to understand the Australian psyche. As for the Ireland job I think it is a case of Growden pushing his story about Link not being wanted by the ARU.

It will be interesting to see if the QRU go down the path of having a Director of Rugby next year with Link leaving.
