    RWC 2023 Fantasy Draft

I'll take 1000/8000 after the first round. Made some pretty key errors I think can be fixed up.

    To play Portugal?

    Wallabies 2023

I rather hope we only see Jorgo against Portugal if at all. Coming back from a three month+ injury for your test debut against a tier 1 side is not where it's at.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

Apparently Fiji were robbed blind against Wales. Maybe they'll be more motivated than deflated.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

It'll be another test for Donaldson as the Georgians failed to challenge him in the air but I doubt the Fijians will miss that opportunity. Hopefully he steps up again if selected.

Wonder if Fiji will be hungry or drained after getting so close against the Welsh.

    Wallabies 2023

If he has a team geared towards his strengths he could be and he's playing pretty well so far. I think there are quite a few locks around that I would take over him still though.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

I just think the Georgian scrum is shite. Even the single scrum penalty they won they were getting absolutely mullered.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

I think only one was completely his fault (overthrow on their line). The line out just became a shambles when we had no recognised jumping locks on the field.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

Going back to Squidge's analysis (pretty hefty grain of salt there) this was another game where Eddie has kept his powder dry. Hence the fairly one dimensional kicking game.

Carter does play close to the line. Its a clear tactical decision.

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Georgia, SdF Sunday 10th September 2am

The kicking in our own territory is fine. It's the kicking when near their 22 that does my head in.

Hooper was a pretty good addition as a pundit. Certainly more eloquent than Rogers or SBW.

Wasnt watching the backrow specifically but thought Valetini and McReight were a little quiet. Hooper comfortably outplayed both. On Hooper - what a find. Size, line out skills, power on and off the ball. Hes everything Swinton should be.

Yeah that RugbyReg bloke is a right pain in the arse.

Australia pretty lucky to get that many points. The line-out in the second half has been fucked and the tactics are all over the place. Still some really good performances from Tupou, Skelton, Hooper, Nawaqanitawase and (fuck me) Donaldson.

    Valetini also been quiet.

Tupou and Skelton were enormous. McReight hasn't had a very big impact i reckon.
