Probably an Australian barbarians team, super rugby sides, an invatational side? South Africa could afford 10 games because they have alot more depth and sides available to play.

    Ma'a Nonu to the Sharks?

Most of them were forwards though. The centers were the Sharks biggest weakness, Bosman an old man Terblanche aren't that good, Nonu would be a great aquisition. That being said I can't see him moving to SA, I think another NZ franchise or Europe will be his destination.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I read from the Brumbies : Giteau, Ashley-Cooper, Moore, Elsom, McCabe, Alexander and Ma'afu. Interesting Ma'afu is still being looked at, I thought his season was over.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

Mmmm maybe if Deans wants some bolters, Shatz and Holmes maybe. Along with Digby and Simmons of course.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I think a major difference between the potential squad for this WC and the 07 one is the depth we have. Just by looking at the shadow players you can tell there is a lot more to choose from. There is going to be a lot of quality players that will miss out.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Didn't he get a ba injury and then headed to Japan for a bit?

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Fair squad there Swarley, I'd just add Shepherd instead of Horne (he wont be fit), possibly Morahan or McCabe for Turner, and McCalman and Samo in the squad at the expense of Higginbotham. I think this squad looks alot stronger than the 2007 one imo

They must've forked out a lot of money to get that together, and I must say it worked. Makes me pumped for the international season!

    Waratahs 2012

uuuggghh not getting into some shitty arguement over my clearness. The point I was making, and didn't communicate properlly, is that alot of those players had come through the school system.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Yep definatly, if Elsom isn't fit I would love to see that option. Robinson has been outstanding this year. But I don't think Deans will play two opensides. We haven't since the Smith/Waugh days.

    Waratahs 2012

Oh sorry mate, I'll ensure I am completely correct and clear about what I'm saying next time, just for your sake. I'd hate to be wrong and then have you point me out over some trivial fact.

    Waratahs 2012

Through the school system, yes yes yes. Daley I might be wrong.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I'd rather Robinson in the squad over Higginbotham, but that essentially means you have 3 opensides which is a bit un balancing. Even though I would have confidence in Robinson and Hodgson playing 6, limits line out options.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Fair bit of uncertainty on the make up of the loosies for this squad. Assuming we take 6 I'd have Elsom, Pocock, McCalman, Hodgson, Higginbotham, Samo with Palu replacing either of the latter two if he is fit. Not sure on who the appropriate bench option is. Hodgson, Higginbotham or Samo?

    Waratahs 2012

The core of the Reds side are all Queensland born and raised though: Horwill, Genia, Cooper (kinda), Daley, Simmons, Ioane. Which when you look at it have been our best players along with Beau Robinson. I think that is the basis of the Reds revival of the last few years, these players were all...

QLD Schools - Trial Games and Selections 2011

Is there a specific reason Curtis Browning and Chris F'Sautiua are in the 2nd side? Out of form, injuries, better players?

Which team will you support (Only Tah supporters)

Very valid point. I have been brought up with the NSW rivalry in all codes, so I find it very hard to support the Tahs. And I'm sure it goes the other way around also. Personally I think it's great that there is such a healthy inter-state rivalry, makes things very interesting. On the Reds...
