Seen as we are the most passionate wallaby supporters we should forward this post & it's replies to Koogai & let them read our thoughts on what we want as our national jersey. It seems that most of us want to see the same style of jersey, sought of similar to the 84 version.

I wouldn't mind seeing Hodgson playing at #8.

Don't know if he got a mention in any of the earlier posts but Adam Wallace-Harrison is another one who could comeback. Plus you've got imports maybe Rupeni Cau??? could make a comeback to super 14 with Carl Hayman to anchor the scrum.

I'd prefer just straight gold with nothing but the Flag & Wallaby logo.

Re: My Wallaby 22 I use to be all for the Gits/ Barnes switch until this season, Gits has been superb at 10 this year & I reckon he's closed the gap on Carter which is a good sign as Gits had the wood on Carter when they both played at 12. If Gits goes down then we have Barnes to step in...

He's a bloody good defender, easily the best of all the new young inside backs.

Brumbies should have kept it close instead of going wide after every 2-3 phases, didn't hold the ball long enough in attack especially in the 2nd half. They needed players like Alexander & Moore hitting up on the fringes more often. I thought Salvi had a big game he really is class as did...

I like To'omua he's really impressed me since getting the starting gig at the Brumbies, I rate him higher than Beale & Cooper as an overall package for a flyhalf. Would definitely take him at the Reds.

Gits will carve him, #1 flyhalf in world rugby ATM. We'll have to wait & see how well Carter comes back from injury.

Agreed, The Brumbies will have to play like they did in the 2nd half last week against the Blues if the try & kick for field position they'll get murdered on the counter attack. The Brumbies need massive games from Salvi & Smith if they're are any chance.

Yeah Mortlock changed the game last saturday, he showed he is still the man. Once he got involved the Brumbies lifted big time even the Blues big names like Rockococo, Toeava & Co couldn't go with him when he stepped it up a level.

If Deans is fairdinkum then those players will miss out but Horwill & Mortlock will be picked for sure.

Oh it's frustrating alright, I just want him to be fully fit for a Tri-Nations series before RWC 2011.
