Ben Daley was listed to play for the Gold Coast wasn't he? Did anyone watch that game/know if he did play?

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

I would much rather seen Ben Daley over both of them to be honest. Is he fit enough? He was listed to play for the Gold Coast on the weekend, but I am not sure if he actually played.

    Aussie Baa Baa's Vs Canada

That has too many actual WC squad members (pressumably), its a Barbarians team, we won't see many Wallabies except the likes of Mitchell, Tatafu, Palu, Slipper, Horne and Barnes

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

The only way both Barnes and Giteau will both be picked is if Deans doesn't take a 3rd half-back and uses Giteau as a cover. Even then it's a stretch to fit them both in.

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

He speaks the truth, I hadn't even thought about that untill now, seems silly.

    Wallaby Player ratings V SA - 14/08/10

I can't see how you think that was directed at you or any individual on this forum? I was saying the general opinion of the forum members seems to be that.

    Wallaby Player ratings V SA - 14/08/10

I said the same thing on the Nathan Sharpe dropping, us GAGR lot are a fickle bunch. Last week we were so behind Higginbotham to be our 8, an after one average performance (he had a solid game to be honest) we want to drop him for someone who didn't even do that much when he came on. C'mon guys

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

I feel for John Smit, whilst he is past his prime, he is one of the few Saffa players I actually respect. That being said, Bismark du Plessis is easily in the top 2 hookers in the world, and it's a waste having him on the bench.

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

After watching the replay I think Higginbotham should stay at 8, Samo didn't do anything special. But Ant Fainga'a definatly did, few good runs and bone rattling defence. He did more in 20 mins then AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) has in the past two games.

    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

Yep that's him, he's bulked up alot since then. Played alot last year for Premiers and came back from injury half way through this season. He's in pretty decent form aswell.

Wallabies Number 8 for the RWC

Higginbotham was used alot by the Reds this year with a decent amount of success. Radike was rarley used.

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

I agree with that except Ant Fainga'a for AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) in the starting side, with Barnes and Mitchell on the bench. If Barnes can return strongly, I wouldn't mind him at 12, although McCabe has been playing pretty well imo.

RWC trials for 6N teams & discussion of NH squads

I only caught the first half of France vs Ireland, but France looked like they were dominating all aspects of the game. But from the score line it suggest the Irish turned it around after the break. Another note, Thierry Dusatiour would have to be one of the best opensides running around...

Wallabies Number 8 for the RWC

I don't think he'll be ready for selection unfourtunatly. Samo for mine, only because Higginbotham isn't a natural 8.

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

Yeh because he hasn't improved or anything this season.....

    QLD Premier Rugby 2011

Tight game down at Bottomely. Both sides defended brilliantly throughout the game and it looked like GPS were going to sneak away with it when Pat Smith added a few penalty goals, but Easts put a massive amount of pressure at scrum-time, with once again Murphy and Bermingham putting alot of...

South Africa v. Australia GAGR MOM

3- Moore (fuck he is playing consistantly well) 2- Horwill (see previous answer) 1- Pocock (back to his best)

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

Few points from my perspective. -Frustrating game to watch from both sides, not a fan of ref bashing, but jeeez that was a poor performance -I don't think I've ever seen a wallaby scrum destroy their opposition like the one that lead to the penalty - We didn't use our backline enough, Cooper...
