    Australian Schoolboys / Under 18s 2019

Yep. And there's some really exciting talent coming up via the JGC/JRC pathway. If we can string together several years of really competitive teams at Schools/18s and U20s (winning more than losing against NZ Schools and at a minimum making the semi's of the next 5-6 JWC converting at least half...

    RWC Pool D - Wallabies vs Uruguay -Saturday October 5 2019 @ 2:15pm

I'm looking at this through a very specific lens to see the positives. And that is the AB's game against Canada. We didn't play well but beat Uruguay 45-10. A fairly comfortable outcome. The ABs beat Canada 63 nil. Uruguay are the better team (this is based on performance and results between the...

    Australian Schoolboys / Under 18s 2019

Certainly seems to have improved since the academy system was reintroduced. Which is great. Some pundits took to calling this year's U20s as the next 'golden generation's. Which I hated. For that to be true we need a good 5-6 years of really strong Schools/18s squads followed by minimum semi...

    Australian Schoolboys / Under 18s 2019

Having been watching some of the emerging talent at the JRC I get a good feeling about the next crop of Aus Schoolboy/18s as well.

    2019 Junior Gold Cup

Watching the JRC today and both NSW and QLD 1 sides far too good for QLD and NSW 2. Both teams possess speed, skill and some really impressive power runners.

    Global Rapid Rugby

Well if what I've been told by a Singapore based bloke forming a partnership with Singapore really won't have that much of an impact.

That. Or we do what I thought we should have done from the beginning and designate are X number of squad players for PI players as a means of including them in the equation.

A solution to that could be playing it in the same window as the 6Ns. We've seen the Rebels form a partnership with a Japanese club that will likely feature in the proposed league. The other 4 (I'm including the Force) could form similar partnerships and send players to Japan to play. The...

RWC Pool D: Wallabies v Fiji, Sat 21st September, 2.45pm AEST, Sapporo Dome

Overlooking things like Fiji aren't actually a bad team with time and preparation. And if we manage to knock off Wales will look to throw the kitchen sink at them.

RWC Pool D: Wallabies v Fiji, Sat 21st September, 2.45pm AEST, Sapporo Dome

The goal kicking could be fixed by simply getting the kickers to line it up correctly. I knew Hodge was going to miss the conversion to the right just by looking at how the ball was lined up. Same for every time Foley misses. Is there a current kicking coach in the Wallabies or Super Rugby team for that...

    Rebels 2020

What's interesting is the apparent plans to revamp the elite ranks in Japan post RWC (2021) into a proper professional league that would run from Sept through January. Coupled with Super Rugby supposedly reverting back to the single round robin format with 14 teams from 2021 as well. This could see Super Rugby...

    Super Rugby 2020

The Blues hopefully will be a bigger drawcard.

    Super Rugby 2020

Tahs taking three games outside of Sydney. One in Newcastle, Wollongong and TBD. They better be careful. They might soon be accused of actually representing more than just the Eastern Suburbs and the Northern Beaches.
