Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

By x-factor you must obviously mean the xylonite factor. Unfortunately xylonite has a tendency to soften under heat.. So in that, #1 Tah, I absolutely agree with you.

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

Barnes & Tahs hooker Fitzpatrick both came off the field early in their trial game against Tonga 'Ç' grade last night. I'm glad Barnes isn't in the Reds anymore, he's a basket case. And if TPN & Fitzpatrick are both out next weekend, then why turn on the TV set.

Looking at the fucker's gut, he must have used sugar cubes to entice it.

A quote from a Force fan who watched last night's game. Be worried 'tahs fans, very worried

    S15: Australia dont have depth

For my 2 cents worth, I do believe that a revised form of the ANC competition has merit. But their season should be shorter, and earlier in the season that they can then return to their club competitions for the business part of the year. I think a competition with 6 teams - Adelaide, Brisbane...

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

The Reds played as a well drilled team against the Force in last night's trial, with Ginea exceptional from one report. It will be interesting to see how the 'Tahs play against Tonga 3rd XV tonight - no doubt they'll win, but how well will they play as a team?

    Reds v Force - Trial 16/2

WF has a good front row, good back row, And Sam Wykes puts it up. But who is Toby Lynn. (please excuse my ignorance -but asking is the path to wisdom, or derision)

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

I put the sides up based on the numbers on their jerseys, but your way of doing it is more sensible. But I reiterate, Fat Cat is a lazy starter to the season, as has been proven in the past. He needs 4/5 games to get settled. As for Higgers chip kicks, its part of his X factor; he also scores 80...

Also note that the props will be 1 v 3 i.e Robinson v Slipper if you are wondering why Kepu & Slipper are both in bold.

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

Just to get a bit of agro going in the war before the war, and to prove the bookies wrong, I'm sayin here why the Waratahs are going to lose the first of the Super 15 clashes between the two sides. In the first instance, I see the Reds winning because they will be the better coached side on the...

Blue, I think he was discarded from the Springbok world cup squad, or so I read somewhere.

All the news is on Moore's injury, with little mention of Ben Alexander. The next thing you know, from out of left flank, will be an article saying something like Alexander has a hairline fracture and will be out for 3 months.

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

The games I have seen last year, including the Wallabies B V's Canada at Skilled Centre on the Gold Coast, I have to say he is a great centre in the making. As you say Swarley, he has speed to burn, but also his ability to be in the right place at the right time is spot on. For me, I don't know...

Reds vs Waratahs - the war before the war

Noticed the followiing in the Waratahs trial game against Samoa last night from Rugby Heaven: . So do the Waratahs have the answer to compete with Sanchez Ginea. Sarel V's Sanchez - I like that! The former is tipped to be the incoming Springbok half. Read more...

    Reds v Brumbies Trial Match - Cairns - 11 Feb 2012

Then that definitely could explain the 31 squad members. If he cannot play the whole season, but for legal/contract reasons he has to be included in the squad, the ARU or whoever might have given dispensation to the Reds to have a 31 man squad.

    Reds v Brumbies Trial Match - Cairns - 11 Feb 2012

Yes, he has a low centre of gravity and legs that move like pistons when he's tackled - got him out of a few hairy moments as fullback for the Reds last year.
