I guess the other factor with Kerevi is he’s clearly our most important back line player at the moment, but we don’t have access to him all year round while he’s in Japan. If he was fit, he’d still be missing out on another spring tour… for which we might now have to select another o/s player...

Anyways… Doran’s mail is generally reliable, and Payten is now reporting in the SMH that Hooper will resume training to make selection for the spring tour… Squad won’t be announced until after the Aus A series but apparently Foley will be cleared to play, and Skelton likely to be included.
