Thats a bit of a stretch. Complacent? In a the 2nd to last game before the RWC? A chance to sew up the Rugby Championship and retain the Bledisloe? There is so much riding on this game, for both teams, complacency is the last thing I would expect.

I think there are too many All Blacks, who have never lost the Bledisloe, terrified that they will be the ones responsible for losing it after all these years. There will only be an A team out there.

If I am sporting Sterling Mortlock next week, it will be a national week of mourning. Every news update will mention the disastrous loss. Every moment of the game will be dissected in full. Ex All Blacks will be trotted/wheeled out for their opinions. There will be endless talkback discussion...

I think there will be tussle if a Wallaby tried to impregnate Read, or indeed any AB. The game will be exciting enough without any of those sort of shenanigans. Looks like a weak All Blacks backline for Bled 1. We will be reduced to fielding SBW or Fekitoa for Nonu. Too early to claim underdog...

Last time Skelton played the Highlanders he was miles too slow and could not keep up. I am not the only kiwi who is hoping Skelton gets a full 80. I think Cheika would dearly love a hard man in the forwards, like a Brad Thorn or Brodie Retallick. Skelton may get there, but he is not there...
