Super Rugby Ugly 1st XV 2011

Actually, does anyone else see the resemblance between Eddie munster and Tom Carter?

    G&GR Fantasy Super Rugby 2011

Thanks henchy. I was thinking about the backrowers. If you have the stats it'd be very interesting to compare

    G&GR Fantasy Super Rugby 2011

more referring to the back 3 - even the top players are getting high teens to low twenties week to week - I thougt last year the best were averaging around 30. could be wrong though

    G&GR Fantasy Super Rugby 2011

Im in deep shitthis week. Have too many blues players in my side, and too muc dead wood at the same time. either way, needto wait until teamsannouced or I wil certainly pick guys who injur themselves in training or get rested by their coaching staff. is it just me, or are the forwards all...

    G&GR Fantasy Super Rugby 2011

Fucked it again. Taking a longer view, that's what I get for having so many blues and highlanders players. What was I thinking?

    Waratahs vs Chiefs - 2011R07

Also, we need a better vc. Our current one is just a touch lazy, and while I really like the guy, I don't think he's the right captain when Waugh goes off. Maybe burgess would be a better choice?

The scrum collapse problem according to Link

agree to an extent. if there is a way of limiting risk without limiting the way the game is played, shouldn't it be looked at? As yousay, it's already a dangerous sprt, why make it more dangerous?

    Waratahs vs Chiefs - 2011R07

I like the idea of bidding in the charity auction, but I'd want to wear the jersey around. This limits me to only Benn Robinson or maybe paddy ryans shirts.

The scrum collapse problem according to Link

agree 100%. As a prop who stopped playing at 15 because of neck injury due to a scrum engagement issue, I feel i can say with some authority that they are dangerous

    Brumbies vs Highlanders - 2011R08

are they trying to lose? although, makes me happier about Macintosh in my fantasy team - was afraid he may get owned by palmer, but if hes playing against ma'afu he may get some tight heads

Not so much when I was there, but I left early. Let's say probably :)

Don't need to. You're (mostly) level headed and I agree with you. And I have met you. You were wearing a "what would Tom Carter do?" badge

    Waratahs 2011

You assume there is only one side making the decisions. Player agents know the short term contract can getbthem another commission in 2 years. The players would be pushing shorter terms (the good ones anyway. Doesn't explain mumm)

Sorry if I offended wj, was meant in jest (hence the smiley face)

    Bias

I felt the same first time here, but have realised it's not as much bias as it is stirring. Unless you are talking about waratah Jesus. That guy is nuts :)

My tip was going to be "make sure the ref isnt looking, and aim for the body not the face"
