The GAA are voting in a few weeks to open up various grounds around the country so Ireland can bid. Although I'd love to see us host it the country really can't take the financial strain right now. Plus seeing as I live in Australia naturally it would be handy if it was here.

I'd say Izzy would get found out massively in defence at 13. The back 3 has to be his position until he plays a year or two of rugby then maybe move him inside once he is comfortable with all the technical and tactical aspects.
