Scott Higginbotham - Liverpool kiss on McCaw

No, think about it. Banning Morne Steyn for weeks rather than matches means he wont miss the Springbok EOYT. What the judicial officer has done there is effectively punish South Africa, by ensuring Steyn is available for the EOYT. :)

Herald Sun Article - Rugby boring

I firmly believe there is no need for mining companies to spend millions of dollars on drilling equipment, when there are so many rugby league players getting their end away with the ground. At least they would be sorted for a career after their mungo days are over! Although would it be...

    2012 Currie Cup 1st Division

I see the Kings got pumped by the Cheetahs in the promotion/relegation match the other day too. I wonder how the Kings will fare at home?

Wallabies v All Blacks 20th October MOM

He's not the only one who has given Hooper 3 points. If WJ (and others) thought that Hooper deserved 3 points, then so be it. It is his opinion, and he is more than entitled to it. Anyway, this thread is not the place for arguing, I'll see myself out.

    Kane Douglas

Yeah, he is that type of guy that just relishes the physical contest. Unfortunately, it is a rare quality for a Wallaby forward. He also seems to be very effective in shifting bodies. I think you are right there Lindo, as he matures he will really start to develop a hard edge.

We just knew this thread was going to degenerate, didn't we?

2012 Australia vs New Zealand - 20 Oct

I felt that the game was a proper test battle. Sure there were no tries, but the whole game was nailbiting. All 44 players gave it their all and left nothing out on the field. They did both the Gold and Black jerseys proud. Considering the heat up here, the game produced highlighted the passion...

Team list is updated now. Thanks for the confirmation Gaffa. :)

Bryce Lawrence - JO'N forced my retirement

That gif at the top is too funny. Spies just flops onto the ground, and the Doctor goes in for the "flying dive" style cleanout, only to encounter the green pastures at the back of the ruck. If you look at how Spies enters the ruck, you could almost swear that he had been shot, he falls down...

    Waratahs 2013

That's just as bad as that cycling bloke Robbie McEwen naming his son Ewen..

Bryce Lawrence - JO'N forced my retirement

Oh yeah, forgot that. Maybe that is why my missus likes him.. (No way I am getting highlights though! I had purple, bright red, and bleached hair as a teen. I believe that this is the reason I am starting to go so grey now!)

Evolution at Green and Gold Rugby - PLEASE READ

Just post in the thread. That way, if your alerts are active, you will be notified that there is activity in the said thread. That's what I do. I only check the forums when I have finished checking out new posts in threads I watch.

Bryce Lawrence - JO'N forced my retirement

In my opinion, Mark Lawrence is one of the best refs about. He is very clear in his rulings, he explains his rulings quite well, he lets the game flow and he generally doesn't take shit from the players. By far though, his best attribute is the fact that he appears to enjoy every minute he is...

    Team Rehab!

Well team rehab is looking very mighty now. Lets see how it is looking: 1. Alexander 2. Moore 3. Palmer 4. Fardy 5. Horwill 6. Schatz 7. Pocock 8. Samo? 9. Genia 10. Lealiifano 11. Ioane 12. Barnes 13. Horne 14. Shipperley 15. O'Connor 16. Van Der Whithuizen 17. Cooper 18. Tomane 19...

Bryce Lawrence - JO'N forced my retirement

And the circus continues: http://www.foxsports.com.au/rugby/aru-boss-john-oneill-rebutts-bryce-lawrences-claims-that-politicking-hounded-him-into-retirement/story-e6frf4pu-1226498274482 So JO'N has bitten back at Bryce. And there is a vague quote from Warren Gatland as well! I especially...

    Deans SOS to Burgess?

I don't think Kerr-Barlow will ever make himself available for Wallaby selection. He aspires to be an All Black.
  19. The Red Baron

    Deans SOS to Burgess?

I would very much appreciate it if you were a little less condescending. Either way, as this argument does not belong here and contributes nothing, I will excuse myself.
  20. The Red Baron

    Deans SOS to Burgess?

I don't like this sentiment. I see no problem in Chargers comments, he is voicing his opinion of Burgess. If you disagree with that point, fine. I don't see why we should have to reference our arguments, if we are voicing our opinion. If we have to start posting references to support our...
