You lose a big game of club footy or school footy and lads are devastated. It’s because they care. Do I like seeing him upset? No, not at all, but am I glad to see that he cares and has passion for the club? Yes.

Good he should, the lose is by no means on him they failed as a side and they all need to take responsibility for it. But if losing doesn’t hurt you are in the wrong profession.
