Nine need exemption from the government in order to broadcast the game LIVE on GEM. Telegraph article states they'd be willing to do it.

I'm typing up an email to Conroy now, I'll share here when done and can be used as a template.

I've asked Iain Payten on twitter if it's due to Conroy's office holding it up. I don't care who it is, give me a target.
