    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

    Australian Test Matches 2012 onwards

I hope we play those games against Argentina on the Gold Coast on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon. Some Argentinian girls in the crowd in bikinis would be worth turning up to watch, nevermind the on-field action.

Wellington forecast for Sunday hasn't changed much for the past few days - Fine with light winds. Hope that holds. www.metservice.com

RWC 2011 - Bitch, moan and discuss - Referees and Law Discussions

I would certainly be keen to see a video clip of the penalties he has blown against us so far in the World Cup and a discussion on the "correctness" of his decisions.

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Interesting Story on Bryce reffing the Wallabies here: http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news-sport/lawrence-to-referee-wallabies-quarterfinal-20111004-1l5u7.html Would be great to actually see a video analysis of the scrum penalties he gave in the Irish & Russian matches. Is he really...

Full Match Replays now available at www.rugbyworldcup.com

It is not bad at all. You can pick the highlights option as well and then just click on all the tries/penalties if that's all you want to watch too. Would be great to see Fox Sports do something similar during the Super XV & Tests next season.

Full Match Replays now available at www.rugbyworldcup.com

For those who want to revisit the horrors of the Ireland match in its entirety, you can now watch it or any other pool match in full on the world cup website. Just select the team you want and replay as the video type. http://www.rugbyworldcup.com/video/

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Bryce! Might as well give the Boks 15 points headstart now...

RWC 2011 - Pool D - Fiji, Namibia, Wales, South Africa, Samoa

The Welsh will probably end up finishing the pool stages with a better For & Against record than the Boks. Just a marginally missed kick away from finishing top the pile. Our match against them in November will be a very good test.

    RWC 2011 QF4: NZ v Argentina (W Pool A v RU Pool B)

Vamos Los Pumas!!! Hard to see them competing for the full 80 mins even against a weakened All Blacks side based on their performances to date. Doubtful it will even be close.

RWC 2011 - Pool A - NZ, Tonga, France, Japan, Canada

Awesome result - French now win the "most embarrassing performance from a tier 1 team" award....

Wallabies vs Russia - last game before the QFs!

It wouldn't call performing up to our potential for 2 matches in a row a miracle... But since we're talking miracles here - Forza Italia!

Wallabies vs Russia - last game before the QFs!

It's interesting that even with our oddball selections, the Russians have still been given 71.5 points start at the TAB. They've been better than that so far.

Wallabies vs Russia - last game before the QFs!

Samo is in his taper for the marathon effort he will need to put in the during the finals. That's why he's on the wing. First 2 weeks he got belted by Deans playing full/near full matches. Last week was bit of a rest, this week too compared his usual stuff. Then next weekend he's feeling...

    Palu's Replacement

It's true - lovely place that Hanmer Springs. Did they ever release the results on last years Bungy jumping accident or was the investigation just hushed up? http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/3670057/Bungy-accident-at-Hanmer-Springs The Monteiths Pub there is very good though, as are the...

Wallabies vs Russia - last game before the QFs!

I think Robbie just needs to stress to his players that anything less than a bonus point win over Russia will see them forced to remain in New Zealand permanently as they won't be welcome in Australia anymore. That should do the trick to fire them up for it.

    Palu's Replacement

Not sure on the editing of the Poll but I'll have Dave Dennis - replace a hard hitter with another one. This is based on Pocock coming through unscathed against the Russians though. If Pocock doesn't come out 100% fit, Beau Robinson is on the plane for me.

    Palu's Replacement

I think Dick Brown is still recovering from Shoulder surgery so perhaps we can drop him from the poll but given Robbie's man crush on him, maybe not...
