I disagree. You obviously need effective KPI's. 50% win ratio in the first year, 55% second, 60% third and so on etc. And even if he doesn't meet that criteria they can still keep him on if they think he's doing a good job. But they then have the ability to terminate if there's another...

How's Hanigan tracking these days anyway? I know he gets a lot of criticism - and rightly so. But I think he was always a good future prospect, he was just way too fresh for test rugby. He should be starting to be more effective into contact now.

I'd prefer a 4 year contract - but stricter performances reviews and ability to terminate if those KPI's / win ratio isn't met. I prefer the coach has a long-term strategy rather then short-term winning mentality. Such a good chance to develop young players without trying to rush things...

Itoje is really the exception when it comes to lock play. He is so naturally athletic and skillful it's going to be very difficult to replicate that. It's like saying we need all our Hookers to start playing like D. Coles, or all our props to start running like Tupou. Up-skilling all...

It's really the worlds best attacking team Verse the world's best defensive team. A tally of two styles of play. Hard to go past England as their defence is superb as well and they just have more strings to their bow. Either way I'm predicting a cracker of a match. Underhill with MOTM.
