Australia vs British and Irish Lions 2nd Test (Melbourne)

Lions set piece is dodge.. doesn't bode well.

Australia vs British and Irish Lions 2nd Test (Melbourne)

Let off.. kick for touch once, take the penalty a second time.. wut? Would have got the Wallabies down to 14 for sure, or a try.

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

Completely correct. He made about 3 or 4 of those weird decisions. Highlanders, same problems. Slade can't kick, Bekhuis plays with the ability of a tree, Nonu does something stupid. Oh well.

Australia vs British and Irish Lions 2nd Test (Melbourne)

Yes but their opposition this week is a bit tougher than most so.. you know, watch out.. A game against the pretenders from north of Oamaru and a BIL test, what a Saturday night! :D

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

FT 34-22 to the Chiefs. Just too much strength off the bench, dominated the set pieces. Hurricanes were good in the first half but just couldn't hang on.

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

27-15 to the Chiefs, going for a 4 try bonus with 8 to go.

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

Let's be frank, Messam is always taking out people 'in the vicinity of a ruck'. Fair enough that one but it is a big part of his and the Chiefs game.

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

Chiefs just putting the shove on early.. although they are dominating the scrum regardless (and set piece). Chiefs 20-15 Hurricanes, 57:00 gone.

    Chiefs vs Hurricanes 28-06-13

Go Hurricanes! 17-12 now. Great game so far. Some good tries. Barrett doing the twinkle toes, Cruden running things for the Chiefs. Some stand out players on both sides. Special shoutout to TJP, painfully injured and runs back 70 metres and completes a tackle. TJP>TKB!

    Lions Tour 2013

I wouldn't apologise about that. Since when do players on the side of a maul lift their legs at that angle? It's no coincidence, Horwill did the EXACT same thing in Super Rugby this year. Nice normal mauling until someone is beneath him, all of a sudden he requires an extra foot of leg drive...

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

Okay, apologies for bringing up Cooper, it's so easy to get carried away. Was a very enjoyable game, that's more important for me (neutral supporter). Looking forward to next week.

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

I tend to agree that Deans has handled Cooper poorly but 'dag nabbit' (or some other old person expression) it's a two way street. Cooper has done absolutely NOTHING to help his own situation. Not willing to change his game even slightly for international rugby, whinges about it all in a tweet...

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

Fair enough. At least I'm sure we can all agree JOC (James O'Connor) is not a 10. I think everyone knew that already though, right?

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

Well, I guess your argument is that he shouldn't be in the squad then? Which could be reasonably argued but since he is, there wasn't much Deans could do about the circumstances on the night. The back line and two other kickers getting knocked out, JOC (James O'Connor) not getting the distance on an earlier...

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

lol, desperate much? Was deans telepathically telling him to kick with his left foot or something? Jesus.

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

Gotta say, I said this before he kicked it, what an absolute terrible patch of turf Suncorp stadium has. The whole reason that scrum got pushed back was the Lions scrum slipping out, just look at the turf churned up.

    New Zealand vs France

Yep, to me Kerr-Barlow is 4/5th best halfback in country. A.Smith, Ellis/Perenara, Kerr-Barlow/Weepu. He lead us down the blind a couple of times after massive front foot ball, frustrating. He also has a lot of those knock-on's at the back of rucks not securing the ball. He's not bad, I just...

TKB, gah why! Justin Marshall keeps saying he's impressed with him, bollocks.

    New Zealand vs France

Such a shame, losing some first rate international players there (the last two at least). Kahui in particular. As long as Ben Smith is in the side and Ranger gets a good run I'll be happy. Form should be rewarded and they were the standouts in S15. Might be time for 1 or 2 debuts off the bench...

20-0.. kick for goal? Nice steal from Ranger, agreed.
