    Waratahs V Highlanders 2011R17

Palu leaves. It's a bit concerning that so many great players seem unable to play more than intermittently even during the one game.

"Touched! Touched I say! Damned colonials!"

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Morahan is one of those characters that seems to find his way to the try line more often than you might expect on objective appraisal of his attributes. But maybe thats just a combination of being part of an occasionally functional backline and being largish and quickish, and knowing where to be...

    Brumbies 2012

He (Tomane) apparently spent a year at Nudgee college and played Australian Schoolboys with JOC (James O'Connor), for what it's worth.

    Waratahs 2012

I took the article to mean that Waugh wants nothing to do with Elsom after the events leading up to and after his sojourn OS, rather than the other way round, and that this counts for a lot at the Tahs. Maybe it's just scuttlebutt - it is Growden. But if I was running a super club, I would...

    Western Force vs Reds, 2011R17

Thanks Shiggins! One thing is for sure, the ref will cop a caning in the post match comments. "We was robbed" is the new black.

    Western Force vs Reds, 2011R17

Mate, when they said Slipper could be anything in the future, this is the sort of thing I was hoping for!

    Western Force vs Reds, 2011R17

Forget Higginheimer, Slipper lifting Slipper in the lineout is the change I look forward to seeing. Link is really getting creative!

The case for Anthony Fainga'a to wear the Green and Gold

I'm not slotting Fainga'a A in there for the wobs but he was a standout last night - the standout for the reds. In terms of being rounded, his kicking is woeful, but he does distribute reasonably well and some of the run arounds with Cooper have been genuinely creative. His defense and...

    Reds v brumbies MOM

Ponies: 3. Moore 2. Chisholm (Aggro! and smart, ran at Cooper couple of times) 1. McCabe Pinks 3. Fainga'a A (By far - every facet, only effective red at breakdown) 2. Slipper 1. Ioane while he lasted.

He went off. Hair braiding would have been vicious after the game.

Not every Assistant Referee is as consistent and diligent as Pro Legoete.

    Reds vs Brumbies, 2011R16

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll skip it. That shit is embarrassing. Certainly gave the reds a kick in the backside at a great time. Be interesting to see what McKenzie does with 7 and 12/13. The game was taken away from them at the breakdown, though. I did wonder if it was all Robinson's...

    Reds vs Brumbies, 2011R16

Yup. We were back to the first couple of rounds sans Beau, slow or no ball from the breakdown delaying phases and getting pummelled by opposition defensive lines. The Force will go at it the same way, and are well setup to be ouchie.

    Reds vs Brumbies, 2011R16

I think I saw Pro Legoete patrolling the sideline ready to run on and make his report to the ref. Again.

    Reds vs Brumbies, 2011R16

Meh, couldn't care less about the Giteau decision for the penalty, would have raised an eyebrow if they hadn't. If the reds wanted bonus points we should have scored more tries and won the game. The Brumbies piss me off for their complete inability to get their act together against the other...

Blues fell at the first of their final three hurdles. Not the hardest either.
