Quade - settle the fuck down and stop being a dickhead. You are winning it for NZ.

Fuck we're in massive trouble here. Need to actually get the ball.

"Won" a Wallabies bottle opener that sings Waltzing Matilda during the 2007 World Cup and it's pretty much sat on a shelf since then. But it's the most fantastic thing in the world today. Every time I crack open a beer, there's John Williamson firing me up again! Go the Wallabies!

Do not believe for a second that "slag an Aussie" or "bag Quade" have died down. Didn't you read Gregor Paul in the NZ Herald on Thursday? Strangely suffering from mixed emotions today though. I will feel genuinely sad for their blokes when we knock them out tomorrow.

Having had a few hours to settle down I'm sure Simmons will be very keen to make the most of any opportunity he gets. Given his age, he may well end up playing 100 Tests for the Wallabies too. Go the Wallabies! What a big weekend coming up.

Has this Lynx Clip been posted yet? It's the best match preview I've seen so far. Someone with the skills may want to embed it. http://youtu.be/nW0Fp16XhZo

Dropping Sharpie from his 100th Test is an absolute c#*t of a thing to do as far as I'm concerned. I think he has performed better so far in the World Cup than Simmons and would have handled the big occasion pressure better too. Robbie's "horses for courses" call is mind-boggling.

The match will apparently be shown on the giant screens in Brisbane's King George Square and Queen Street Mall. Good to see them finally being put to good use... and the council finally getting a bit of World Cup Fever.

RWC 2011 SF2: Australia vs. New Zealand

The Wallabies have really got to get out the blocks well on Sunday to have any chance of winning. Get a couple of early scores on the board to take the crowd out of it and get the Kiwis to panic - at least in the stands if not on the field. When you have a look through these last 10...

Which country has the best supporters

45,000 Welsh fans are apparently off to Millennium Stadium at 7:30am on Saturday to watch the match. I think they win with that effort.

Weather Forecast is looking rubbish for the next 2 weeks in Auckland. Could do with the semi-decent weather forecast for Fri/Sat lasting another day - http://metservice.com/towns-cities/auckland The Ireland match may well prove to be the loss the Wallabies had to have as we should handle the...

Hmmm, Joubert reffed the Bledisloe there too when we were well and truly pumped so plenty of similarities to that match now. Hopefully that "dress rehearsal" stands us in better stead as QC (Quade Cooper) had a shocker that night too. But he doesn't generally play 2 horrors in a row.

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

Does anyone know where to find individual player stats for the match yesterday? Want to find out how many of the Wallabies 13 missed tackles were attributable to Quade.

    Poll: Cooper at 10?

We're not here to make up the numbers. We are going to fuck the Kiwis up. And there's only one bloke in the world capable of fucking them up more than anyone else. His name is QUADE COOPER! Kiwis, start shitting bricks, the stars are aligning for an Aussie win!

    RWC 2011 - Quarter final 3 : Springbokke v. Wallabies CLOSED

With the Poms going out yesterday, and the opportunity to send the Boks home today, it really would be Christmas come early for Wallabies fans if we win today. I want to see all our forwards absolutely smashing them at the rucks because the Boks certainly won't die wondering. Come on Wallabies...

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

Took Wales by 1-12 at the TAB so well done to Priestland for hitting the post twice like that... absolute genius he is! Great match, Wales outstanding, defended well and took their chances. Ireland will be disappointed in some of their decision making.

    RWC 2011 QF1: Ireland v Wales (W Pool C v RU Pool D)

Wonder if Ireland will come to regret turning down those kickable penalties early on. A few poor options/kicks from O'Gara but enthralling contest so far. Still anyone's game really. Giant arm wrestle since the Williams try woke the Irish up.
