    Brumbies 2012

Players have spent the week in the EyeGym – a new training method designed to train the eye for better peripheral vision. The system works on computuers with players testing their reflexes and ability to spot gaps. I find just going to the beach my peripheral gets good work out... :tard

More intensity off the bench will give the Brumbies more grunt up front... I must say if he could be skills trained Vaea could become an excellent hooker...

Vaea has a solid forearm; Digby dipped and found it… nothing malicious… Greg Martins vitriol was grossly over stated, as was most of his Reds commentary last season. Ita Vaea had a great rookie season… he has a big future… just envisage what JW will turn him into now he has a seasons...

it will make a big i-Dent in the Shute Shield... this it takes a lot of players out of many Sydney clubs... but will offer many Sydney players the opportunity to be seen at shield level... Other ACT players and country p[layers will opt to play in camberra to be seen by teh Brumbies staff as...

    Brumbies 2012

Its much better for the Brumbies for their players to be playing in the local Cup. They need to commit to the district and be available for the Brumbies coaching staff to observe. No point them playing for Manly, Wicks, Rats or the Beasts etc... for a few odd bucks... Shute shield is...

Its not because Jake likes reading bedtime stories... Jake White's a thinker... Short-term recovery, sometimes called active recovery occurs in the hours immediately after intense exercise. Active recovery refers to engaging in low-intensity exercise after workouts during both the cool-down...

I think they'll surprise a few teams and are a fair chance of pushing for a wildcard spot, after that anything can happen. The question is can Jake White can lock in his preferred starting team before week 1? And can they build some combos. It’s fortunate that they’re not losing too many to...

Karl the reality is these exclusive colleges under achieve in many areas especially in their academic HSC results... With their resources they should do much better. Unfortunately these schools no longer make the finest of young men but often produce an arrogant and recalcitrant youth...

Nice to know a few of these lads have played together at rep level in the 2011 AUS U20s, Fainga'a, kuridrani, Siliva & Sitauti. This is what Jake White did so well with in the Republic building a successful team out of young rep players.

Must agree here with Slim... the more time they work together in the off season the better... referring to other blog comments, as for Alexander at Tight Head I think Jake comes as his own coach... Ben will have to earn his spot just like Hoiles... Power if he works hard in the off season...

I heard Aulea got serious and a lot fitter... He has a massive motor in him, physically fit he could do a lot of damage to any Super rugby team. Brumbies will have an exceedingly large pack next season with, Power, Kimlin, Hand, Carter along with Mowen, Aulea, Vaea, Moore, Jerry, Carter and...

    Brumbies 2012

Just a few thought s about the Brumbies preseason and looking to 2012........ S. Siliva really needs to stand up with Moore being the only super rugby experienced hooker. Set piece will be fine with Moore, outside that I'm waiting to see what Silvia has to offer for now. The Brumbies haev a...

I'd have to agree, furthermore Lealiifano may end up at flyhalf or 12. He has been solid in both positions in the past. Openong 15 for Crawford, it will really depend on how he handles Super rugby. Plenty of talent but very green.
