    Australia v England

I'd honestly take another loss against England if it results in the straw breaking the camels back in getting the Assistant Coaches sacked.

    Wallabies v Italy

Petatia and Arnold just didn't have enough enthusiasm for this game....... Arnold was probably on the wrong end of one of those boat ropes that snapped and hit him in the eye.

Didn't the QRU have to threaten legal action against the last football team who used Ballymore as a training ground? Anyway, Ballymore needs to be knocked down and re-built. Or sold and the QRU purchase new grounds. I've always found it weird that we have Suncorp, ANZ Stadium (or is it QE2)...

Hmmm coincidence your confidence is that high just after 5pm on a Friday Sully? I know it was a warm day today and the beers tasted extra refreshing too!

Bloody glad Petaia is starting. But why pick AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) who's there for his experience in a position where he'll have little to no ability to help guide the less experienced? In any event, with that back three, you've got 1 guy who can kick....somewhat and then Foley who's got a pop-gun kick. The...

    Australian Rugby / RA

I agree that its nice to see some positive news. But, reading that article; So it was only for term 3 sports AND for Grade 7's and 8's. Again, I agree its nice to see hope for the game to grow. But this 'growth' has been sliced and diced very very finely.

The Brumbies have a history of sabotaging Australian rugby though....... Case and point, Matt Giteau's penalty kick to deny the Reds a bonus point in 2011.

Kafer sounds like a facilitator, your blame should be directed at Whittaker (well that's how I read this article) https://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/rugby-union/national-coaching-panel-takes-first-step-its-a-mission-statement/news-story/5f82c1e1a446cd2f836afb47f7d04a1a

    Wallabies v Wales (Cardiff)

Cheika and Co keep spouting out that they want us to play consistently at a higher level, yet they reward the bloke who did the stupidest shit on the field last game with a starting spot?

Maybe we're taking a leaf out of the Hurricanes books and just scoring more tries. With more shots on goal, Stewart is bound to convert more??

Who knows if the Highlanders and Crusaders will be resting All Blacks as it's a WC year. While its early in the season, they may not want to risk them being injured against a 'push over' team! One can hope though!

I agree 100% with everything you've said here Reg. On paper, everything is looking positive and should point towards us going upwards. From a personal perspective, I'm still absolutely filthy on how we got here. We all saw it and knew exactly what was going to happen with the introduction of...

    Wallabies 2018 Spring Tour

Our last world class 13 (Mortlock) moved like a freight train in the last few years playing there. As long as AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) can hit the line with pace, draw + pass then I'll be happy.

You'd have thought the ARU and Reds could have put some pressure on the Rebels with Quade going south. Same with Slipper and the Brumbies.

Wallabies v All Blacks, Sat 27th October 4.45pm AEDT, Nissan Stadium, Japan

I guess with the players in that backline playing minimal time with one another in those positions hopefully suggests Grey has gone for a 'simpler' approach to their defense.

That's unreal, pass on my thanks to the team (and the interns) that went through to do that. Also, Was Flatley the only bloke who could kick out of that backline?

Darius Boyd snapped his in Dec 2014 and was back running in March with his first game back in May. Fairly sure Hodges had a similar recovery period. So, that's inline with the 6-9 month period.
