    NSW Suburban Rugby 2012

G'day Ozzie bob. The barker st pats games will be played on the bye week in August 18 i think. From what I understand make up games were not allowed this weekend due to the subbies allocation at the Wales test match being over suscribed. We need you riffing my 5th grade champ? We've had a couple...

I have a feeling that the Wahroonga Tigers are the biggest juniors club in the southern hemisphere.(Sydney team)

    Shute Shield 2012

Northa should be a handful this year- Eastwood look the goods and they do have a couple of injured Tahs- turner and Fitzpatrick who will bolster depth if they return towards the end of the season. Yay rugby

    NSW Suburban Rugby 2012

Credit to Knox old boys in first division. Not that we underestimated them at all but being significantly stronger this year in player numbers and depth we (barker old boys)were not happy to come away with one win from six games- though most of the games were close. Now for the next game at our...

    NSW Suburban Rugby 2012

Ozzie bob- sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes I am coaching bobs 5ths and numbers are good. We are playing Knox old boys tomorrow at their game and we have 6 fresh teams- in fact this year we probably have the most registered players in our our 50 year history. We will account for...

Would love to see the Rebs upset a few of the jaapie teams. Hate em.

    Super rugby 2012 attendances

11k tonight. Christ they were loud but surprisingly low. Maybe 12 losses in a row didn't help. It was a win that they needed and we'll see their home crowds increase from now on. Their crowd could teach the Tahs home crowd a lesson or tow, best home crowd in Aus.

    Rebels v Force - Round 5 - Super Rugby 2012

I reckon the rebels will blow this lead. The rebels scrum is shocking. Their injury toll in the back is not great either with Beale, cipriani, mortlock and oconnor on the bench. What the?

The mighty barker old boys are trialling against colleagues this weekend. I hear bobs will be fielding a stronger 5ths this year with a lot of colts also turning up. Not sure what the depth in the middle grades will be like though.

    Penrith Emus

Fibro-I'll have a look at the 50 good men sponsorship deal. Seems like you should be able to attract a truckloads of sponsors in this category.

    Penrith Emus

This is great to read fibro. The only way I am able to keep abreast of Penrith rugby is via the seniors website and that ahem doesn't have a lot of content. Where do I read more about the good things you guys are doing? Happy to make a personal donation albeit small! To assist in what you are...

Looks like Penrith gave Sydney Uni a touch-up in the Kiama Sevens recently so there must be some talent there.... http://www.sydneyunirugby.com.au/_blog/Club_News/post/Students_knocked_out_of_Bowl_Semi_Final/

    Shute Shield 2012

It is interesting too see that Randwick actually turned a profit of $10k last year from a revenue of about $900,000. So they are not as stumped for cash as you would believe. Although they did call upon $100k of the $250 raised last year for their Foundation so could well have been a loss...

    NSW Suburban Rugby 2012

HAHA - I remember South Sydney New Zealand well. I think they had 4 teams for a while there. It was never a pleasant experience playing at Waterloo Oval against those maniacs. Same with West Sydney Saints - if ever there was a name that was completely incorrect of its description of the club...

    CAS Rugby 2012

It was great to see Trinity win some silverware last year as it had been a while. When I was in the CAS system it was really only Knox, waverley and barker with the occasional cameo from cranbrook etc. it's great that the comp is so even. How are Alos these days?
