    RWC Pool C - Australia v Wales - 5AM 25 Sep AEST

Which game plan should we employ then? If we held onto the ball we would have given away 30 ruck penalties

    Australian Rugby / RA

I was really disappointed with his development (or lack thereof) scrummaging wise over the last few years. Struggled a number of times against NZ, South Africa and Argentina This year he has dominated both France and Georgia super easily, and he's scrummaging far straighter and getting cheek to...

Could they have? USA were circling him, Japan are obviously keen as are Japanese club teams They weren't happy with Rennie, Jones was available so they took their chance

    Australian Rugby / RA

Tupou's scrummaging has improved out of sight, and Vunivalu had a good game against France and made a difference off the bench vs Fiji

Was it? He was given a contract until 2027, and every move he has made seems aimed at long term thinking Rennie was a Raelene Castle hire and never really seemed to mesh with Rugby Australia

Taniela Tupou & Suli Vunivalu have been much better under Jones then they were under Rennie

    Rugby World Cup 2023

The lack of upsets hasn't helped this World Cup, especially on top of the poor scheduling. Last weekend's slate of games outside of Aus Fiji were pretty poor

    RWC Pool C - Australia v Wales - 5AM 25 Sep AEST

Which if the kicks are done well and go out 5m out, would have worked a treat with our dominant lineout

    RWC Pool C - Australia v Wales - 5AM 25 Sep AEST

Honestly I think the gameplan stuff is over hyped. It’s basic skills that are letting us down I’m pretty certain the gameplan isn’t to kick the ball dead and go isolated into contact

    RWC Pool C - Australia v Wales - 5AM 25 Sep AEST

Andy Goode has some nerve talking about disrespecting the game considering he played his entire career woefully out of shape

    RWC Pool C - Australia v Wales - 5AM 25 Sep AEST

While none of us really know, it certainly doesn’t seem like he’s lost the team. As bad as they are you can’t really accuse them of a lack of effort

    Rugby World Cup Matches OTA

I hope Matt Williams is ok

It’s last chance saloon now, no point resting players

As opposed to HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) and his wonderful track record of health our tight head stocks below Tupou and AAA are dire I’d be getting Dan Palmer on a cheeseburger diet and throwing him out there

Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

Like I said, we scored a try in the last 15 mins and if the ref and bunker weren’t terrified of being vilified on social media we likely would have scored a second one

Lonergan, Mafi, Pollard. Uelese is hardly thereon form

    Wallabies 2023

Fiji were clearing out rucks so much more efficiently then we were though, and that's a problem because Wales are accurate in that area

    RWC: Pool C - Wallabies v Fiji - Monday 18 Sep 2am AEST

Because to be fair Fiji were intentionally slowing the game down at every break in play And we did score in the last 20, and if the blatant shoulder charge on Koroibete was given, we may have scored again
