    Western Force 2020

Good to see the West Australian still giving Rugby Union good coverage when there are matches on. A full-page spread is terrific in an Aussie football stronghold/hub.

Super Rugby Au Round 8 - Force vs Reds @ Cbus Stadium, 7:05pm Friday 21st August

Couple of changes for the Reds match. GO YOU FORCE - let's get that first win in Super Rugby Au.

Super Rugby AU Round 7 - Force vs Waratahs @ Robina - Friday 14 August

A win continues to be elusive but more than happy with many of the personal efforts and general standard of the game. Young Jake Strachan certainly didn't look out of place. Good to see Prior's return.

    Western Force 2020

Force recharging, reviewing and refocussing August 7, 2020 The Western Force squad moved to Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales north coast for some rest after four Super Rugby AU matches in as many weeks. It’s a welcome opportunity for the Force family to recharge its batteries, review...

    Western Force 2020

Like the "Why I Play" wall in the changing room......... 5 excellent young men who have used the pathway into the professional game offered by the Western Force. Would be good to have them all stay as part of the family (including the Sea of Blue).

    Western Force 2020

Four AFL teams using Perth as a hub. Excellent to see a full page impact for Rugby Union - but we need more good news for rugby as other sports are invading our newly created space. A win would be good.

2020 Super Rugby AU Round 5 Force v Rebels

The Rebels have been the WF's nemesis. I think the count is 9 Rebels to 34 WF. I reckon we'll see some changes in the backs this week - hopefully including Kahui to start.

    Western Force 2020

Ongoing great support for rugby from the West Australian. Not bad for a city with 2 AFL teams and a CV19 hub for AFL.

Force legend Cowan relishing emotional return July 22, 2020 Having played his entire Super Rugby career with the Western Force between 2006-2017, earning 130 caps along the way, Pek Cowan is understandably full of emotion upon re-joining the club. The 34-year-old prop, who has 10 Wallabies...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I don't understand the "now" in this comment. Andrew Forrest stepped up when it was obvious that rugby in WA was not going to get any more support from RA. He didn't speak out until it was obvious that the dumping of the WF from Super Rugby was likely to happen. One/my estimate is that he's already...

    Australian Rugby / RA

Great throw-away statement - if only it were true..... 12 players moved from the Western Force to the Melb Rebels in 2017. 3 were genuine local Perth rugby products - R&D Haylett-Petty + Richard Hardwick. Angus Cottrell played club rugby in Brisbane - 6 seasons with WF (56 games). Tetera...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Andrew Forrest's clear focus has been to maintain a professional rugby team in WA. He has done that successfully for the past 3 years. He appears committed to maintaining his support. In the same way he appears committed to developing the game in WA from the grassroots. By doing so a pathway to...
