It will be a situation where I can see Brisbane city split into two teams when finance & support allow for it. And I see Ballymore shared between the two teams for their games which the NRC can accommodate in its scheduling. I also believe that the two sides should do what GPS rugby club did...

The thinking is that Ballymore is definitely the best venue to stage the NRC up here. So a second Brisbane side would probably also need to have the facilities ballymore offers, unless anyone can think of a suitable ground

There probably isn't much point in marketing at present. Even the Super 15 comp goes quiet while the test series is on. Basically the followers can only really focus on a few things at any one time. I would think that marketing will take a step up when S15 takes a step down i.e during the finals.

In that the Competition will be looking for a second side from Brisbane in the not too distant future, I expect the powers that be will not want to include the words 'Brisbane' or 'Ballymore' in the naming as this will diminish the opportunities for a later NRC team.
