    Six Nations 2014

I am an optimistic man Wales fan, jes I need to be with the way Cheltenham is going!?!?! But 40 points is pushing it. Funnily enough though a target for Ireland to aim at might not be a disaster as long as it is not too much. That said, I don't want to see anyone put 50 points on Italy at home...

Will be interesting to see how England's defensive system gets on against NZ in the summer? Keeping out The Irish back line containing Daverage Kearney is not the same as containing NZ.

Can't see a scenario where France can win the championship, even if they beat Ireland it won't be by enough to overturn England's likely Point difference. I think Ireland should win well in Paris, especially as PSA has not called up Parra, thank God; also Ireland have a clean bill of health...

    Six Nations 2014

I think Wales have got to have a major rethink. Right through the team there are lads who spend the club season phoning in performances and, quite frankly, are not fit and ready for Test rugby. Gatland blaming the pro 12 might have assuaged the Regions politics but it is bollocks. Welsh rugby...

    Six Nations 2014

I agree that the next RWC is going to come too soon for England. I would be worried that their scrum could implode but the new regulations which have worked very well in this six nations IMHO mean that a weak scrum won't cost you a game. I think Patchell will come into the reckoning for Wales...

I can't stand the man but Ball is much better than Gerald the Giraffe.

JJ and Keatley both have the same infection of the pubic bone thing that POC had a couple of years ago. Apparently that is why the two of them have been sharing the gametime this season. If both had been fit I think JJ would have passed Keatley out. Hope they can both get fit for next year.

    Six Nations 2014

Oh and JJ will play 10 for Ireland, not 12. If he wasn't carrying this fecking groin infection and needing to have his gametime managed, I think he would be first choice at Munster, he would have supplanted Madigan in the bigger six nations squad and could very likely be pushing PJ for the 22...

    Six Nations 2014

I am already 110% behind the team and hope they put 30+ points on the Italians. I have said all along that it is brave of Schmidt to go with the Leinster option although it probably makes sense at this stage. Zebo is being omitted for non rugby reasons so there is no point going on about those...

No Parisse for Italy after all. Might get Leinster, sorry Ireland, out of jail. Sexton starting is stupid when he is not 100% is stupid. Anyway, team is selected so time to row in behind them. Munster will be quite motivated on the 29th of March!!!!!

Fofana is a fantastic player, meant to be out for the rest of the tournament as is Nyanga.

    Any word on Parisse?

    Six Nations 2014

Lose in Paris with St Joe in charge of the super blues? Wash your mouth out Wales fan. And with France missing their best forward and their best back? It will be a disastrous campaign if Ireland don't win in Paris.

    Six Nations 2014

What is wrong with Parisse? Italy without him are not half the side. Ideally he will miss Dublin and be back for the Orcs although after England and Wales draw on Sunday it will all be immaterial anyway!?!?:)

The usual clowns are advocating Reddan starting ahead of Murray against Italy. Completely f'cking ludicrous but if Schmidt does it I will not be surprised. He might as well rotate Paulie out of the side as well and not even bother with the pretence.

    Six Nations 2014

He is one of the few tight heads not to have been minced by Killer and Cronin this season. He wasn't getting the upper hand but he was able to handle the pressure and, as we have seen with young Stephen Archer this season, that is the beginning of turning the corner. I would have him on the...

    Six Nations 2014

The loss to the Zebras can't have made for too happy a David's day!!??!! The Scarlets V Munster and the Leinster V Glasgow games were both crackers over the weekend. Shame about the Munster result but it will make the win in LR on the 29th all the more satisfying if it takes us top of the...

One for the Welsh lads, Poite is reffing your game in Twickers. Now Hair Bear has finally got himself fit, you could destroy the Orc scrum.
