    P de Villiers

    1) Real response: We all know the Tri-Nations is harder and look how the Bokke did last year. It might be inflated by the general public who go 'ooooh world cup, shiiinyyyy' but I reckon most in the know (that includes all of us, of course) would know the real danger the Boks are. 2) :fishing

More rubbish journalism from the SMH

Wow, that is truly rubbish. Aside from the fact its author obviously hasnt even seen any of the tri-nations it's not even worth commenting on. Also, GC, where your avatar at? I thought it was compulsory after you crack the half-ton.

    Australia's Choice

Heaps of things have a 'people's choice' type award to go along with the big one. It mightn't be as objective or scientific as the top one but that's kind of the point; just a bit of fun and lets the kiddies get involved. Think of the kiddies!

Bundaberg Rum announces it will not renew rugby sponsorship

Me and my millions of dollars are in. oh wait... ;)

    Australia's Choice

I'm sure a bunch of you have already seen this (if it's already been in the forum I've missed it) and voted for David Pocock, I mean... um, whoever you think is the best Wob of the year but here it is anyway... http://www.rugby.com.au/qantas_wallabies/fan_zone/australias_choice,109098.html

Nathan Grey - Skills Coach at the Rebs

I was going to add "Bruce?" to the end of my last post, obviously I didn't have to. I still don't really get 7's; I guess I still see it as a bit of a sideshow to the main event. I doubt there are any kids who grow up wanting to plays 7's for Aus rather than for the Wobs... Would Campo be in...

Nathan Grey - Skills Coach at the Rebs

I've seen Campo around the Arena at Uni probably once a week for the last few months and always in Uni training gear. So I would suggest he is definitely doing something. What it is, I have no idea but skills would be my best guess.

    Waratahs 2011

He's definitely a strong bloke but I am yet to see much of the real in-your-face spoiling, pilfering and general breakdown mayhem that a 7 should be causing. He may well not have had a chance to shine at Super but for mine there's a few ahead of him in the queue

    Waratahs 2011

Not quite. The Junior Waratahs will be playing Tom Carter

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Like as a morale booster for the troops? Or he's gone insane and thus thinks he would fit in quite well at Camp Wallaby?

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Wonder if he's being groomed for a role as skills coach?? Don't know if it'd be a great idea given how long he's been out of the game but if he has them doing the basics and getting them right it could be ok. Deans magic or mayhem?

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

I thoguht Inman was a good chance to be in there. Apart from AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) I don't know who's got it over him - he definitely seems to have a lot of potential

    Uni vs Wicks

agree, Gnostic, and I think the article is a piece of rubbish wheeled out to fill column inches post-gf. Especially the point about turnovers being somehow abhorrent, wtf? I don't know how to get our game a bigger following but I certainly don't think that dumbing it down for the 'ADD...

    Tickets to Shute Shield Final

Fair nuff but my other (main) point still stands I think

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

Me too but there are definitely a few question marks in the selection logic (or lack thereof) in some cases. My guess is that a lot comes down to peronality, perceived commitment/determination and maybe a bit of politics too

2010 Wallabies End of Year Tour (EOYT)

I agree Phibbs is a better player than Valo and definitely a far better leader/on-field persona but isn't he a bit old now? I don't actually know, but I would think he may be in the same basket as Van the Man. Although if that logic was followed then you would be taking Charles over Edmonds...
