Super Rugby: Rd 4, 2024. NSW Waratahs v The Auckland Blues

Good steal from Gamble but Pietsch needs to be more aware there, ran himself out before the tackle

Super Rugby 2024: NZ, Drua & Moana matches

Great to see the Drua fight for the try at the end there and deny the Chiefs the bp.

Australian Club Championship - Brothers v Randwick

Great to see all the Reds brothers players there to celebrate with the team.

Australian Club Championship - Brothers v Randwick

Brothers win, 25 - 18. Thank god for that, Turinui and Hoiles would've been insufferable this week if Randwick got up.

Australian Club Championship - Brothers v Randwick

Ooft, charged down conversion to keep it a 7 point gap, 4 minutes to go

Australian Club Championship - Brothers v Randwick

I'd forgotten McCormack had taken over at Brothers, as much as is made of the player changes taken the wind out of these games as a "best of the best" contest, changing of coach seems like an even bigger let down. Nothing against Pup, but it's got to be weird to start your tenure with a...

Super Rugby: Rd 4, 2024. NSW Waratahs v The Auckland Blues

I like it, it gives me a rare opportunity to cheer for a team in blue playing in Sydney

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

Brumbies really showing the value of winning ugly. They've got a lot of form to build back still but being able to eek the win out this week and last while still building form is so valuable come end of season. Given it's only really taken 4 or 5 wins to make the 8, picking up 2 early wins they...

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

Not sure what to make of the Highlanders yet though, and I guess the teams they've played as a result. They don't have the talent to blow many teams away but they're dogged and feast on the errors they're given. Big question is how many of those errors are unforced and how many are they making...

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

Swain has been solid off the bench. It'd be good to see him build back to regular form, hopefully having learned a few lessons

    Queensland Reds 2024

Prognosis for Henry is not good, scans to come but NRLPhysio has it as season ending

    Billy Harmon Lonergan's wallaby hopes

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

Ooft, Frost, Valetini and Lachlan Lonergan all flattened on the way to the line

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

This is a better start from the Brumbies but they're still capable of playing better. It was the tahs mistakes that the Highlanders thrived off of last week, if the Brums can cut them out of the game they should be able to take control here.

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

Ugh, that quick play was a decent call but only if you hold the ball. To waste it compared to where a kick for touch would've got you is terrible

Round 4: Highlanders v Brumbies. Sat 2.35PM AEDT @ Forsyth Barr, Dunedin

That's a real let down when 3 players run into frame chasing the ball and they're all Highlanders

    Qld Premier Rugby 2024

Back from Biarritz after they were relegated. I'd be surprised if he was pushing hard for a Super Contract at 36, probably just capping off his career with a season or two for the fun of it. That said if he still has a good turn of pace he could be a handy call up if the Reds have an injury...

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

Salakaia-Loto had been playing well, but I thought he was poor in this game - 3 turnovers conceded (mostly from dropping balls he should've held onto), missed a quarter of all his tackle attempts (4/16) and generally looked to be playing flat and without energy. I wouldn't be surprised if he's...

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

Given the scrum held up strongly without him it's hard to argue Pone wouldn't bring more around the ground at the moment.
