That is very true, but if that is the case, why bother? Recruitment is a lot of time and work. I would be avoiding that even more for something like that.

I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything but normally in times of uncertainty you hold off employing anyone unless absolutely required. Of course, any interview / offer could have the proviso the position won't be appointed until after the decision has been made on who stays and who goes.

It was a very silly thing for LT to do. I feel the boys were pretty fired up and overreacted to any niggle sent their way. They need to stay above that. We really didn't need to have someone out for 4 weeks! We have enough injuries for that.

They seemed to just have current sponsors randomly on the front. In TV talk that is a makegood.

Just what we didn't need.
