Wallabies v Pumas, Bankwest (Parra), Sat 5th December

We have very few world class units in the backs, with koro possibly going - none, we are picking players with potential, I would prefer us picking players with potential who can do the basics, possibly less flash, but hopefully with more catching, passing, supporting & workrate off the ball...

No problem for me, we keep picking too many flawed units "naturally gifted athletes" in the hope that their random individual moments justiies their lack of ability to play as part of a team We could instead create a "team" that is prepared do those 1%'ers

We need to find some backs who can do the basics, like catch and pass, work hard off the ball, run lines etc etc

Simone was the only back to stick a defender and to pass to someone in a better position

The current climate doesn't provide for forgiveness or understanding, only removing the evil from society while the righteous celebrate the cleansing

But why delete? Lets just judge everybody by what they say and how they acted as a teenager and ensure your employer has the right to sack you at cause "Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” Lavrentiy Pavlovich Beria was Stalin’s chief of the Soviet secret police

Also Hunt was no certainty to even start next season, his form this year was not great

With Wilson & Hooper we have plenty of running options in the back row. Having a unit that will just put his head down and toil focussing on the cleanouts and effective tackles helps the balance, especially with the running threat in some of the tight forwards

Yeah, I tend to agree - if we plan to get up them, but we looked rather good for a while playing away from their backrow so I think they may go for mobility over grunt I am not sure what value Daugunu is off the bench or at all at test level at the moment

I wouldn't be surprised to see Gamble get a run at 7 at some time

    Wallabies 2020

I think it is, especially for this lot, it isn't like they are try scoring machines that turn attacking lineouts into automatic points Their lineout/maul work is pretty crap

    Waratahs 2021

I think you can add a couple more Jack Maddocks as a 15, he looks possibly the most complete we have IMHO Joey Walton, a child but looks pretty good IMHO
