I’m guessing another hooker will be one of the 5 extra players taken to the NT. A month out I spose you have to name the busted preferred player and hope he comes good, rather than ‘drop’ him and then find out he’s ok.

And Brad Fittler sending his kid to Scots, the assumption is he's going straight to the Roosters in 2025. However, there are a couple of case studies in this, Ron Giteau's son for one, Steve Rogers' another. The odd one might stick, harder in today's world though.

I would say the exception is probably Schoupp - it would be a huge risk to take an uncapped prop into a QF or SF. I don't think it will be Gibbon though, it will be Scott Sio.

    Wallabies 2023

I was curious to see who was in the 2015 squad that is still in contention: Hooper Cooper - I don't recall him being in the squad, but he's in the announcement Slipper Sio Skelton Foley at a stretch and who is Toby Smith...

Who is someone you would select in the Wallabies squad on the basis they are experienced at winning shit? Will Skelton maybe?

OK I’m calling it, John Eales to be called into the squad. Still looks half fit.

    Bledisloe 2 2023 @ Dunedin 12:35PM Sat 5 Aug

I said during the game that taking McReight off was a mistake. The breakdown went to shit, the front row subs (both theirs and ours) meant the scrum also went to shit. Those factors and the ball Quade dropped (which was as much Whites shit pass) cost us the game. I’m sure Eddie would have...

That is true, I did forget that. He is likely actually the next to be called in.

    Wallabies 2023

Yeah look I dont mind him being in the squad, realistically it's 6 of one, half a dozen of the other, and I'm sure he is a good influence. I am convinced that Quade needs Kerevi doing shit to be effective though. A few weeks ago everyone thought it would be a good idea to give Gordon some game...

That's who I was thinking of. Donaldson definitely played some minutes at 15 though.

I know you don't rate him but he is clearly talented. He's from rare crop of playmakers all the same age, being Harrison, Lolesio and himself, between that and the Tahs also having Edmed at their disposal he doesn't know whether he is Arthur or Martha when it comes to what position he should...

    Wallabies 2023

I don't think that's controversial but the issue is who would be the back up fly half. Potentially JOC (James O'Connor) or Hodge could be selected as a journeyman, or they could use Donaldson in a 'break glass' scenario during the pool games and then parachute someone in if Gordon gets injured. I don't think...
