Iona v Padua this weekend should be the good contest. Iona might be missing some Wynnum rugby league players to the Maninga Cup Grand Final but overall should be able to win.

About 9 or 10 boys from this squad are the year eleven. It is most like the starting team would have 6. Iona also a young squad with about the same number of boys in year eleven.

About the same ratio of BBC. The difference is GT boys had a crack. And they were still celebrating TOGETHER UNITED at their rowing dinner.

Your scales must be broken. Speaking to a BBC mate tonight and one of those boys is lucky to be 90kg. The pressure on the hearts of these teens must be immense. I think Terrace showed by coming second in the head of the river that this year 12 group are made of sterner stuff. I expect their...

I did say many not all. Even you say some will be better, but many won't. My logic is this: - percentage of first XV boys that go onto Colts is currently low. Many go to league or overseas or nothing - performance of QLD schoolboys teams last year was not good. Did they become better rugby...

Some reasonable players there and Vaihu is also still at school. No real standouts in the group that has left school. And with respect, the problem with having left school is that the discipline required to be a rep player isn't always there. Sure there are drinks and parties for the school kids...

Agree Nomad. Jorgensen is the specialist 7 and they are thin on the ground. And you're right about Condon at 8 where he can do some damage. Emarly is a 6 and a good defender so also looking forward to seeing the development. That back row looks to be the most mobile and terrier like in the GPS...

I was looking at what they play the year before and where they are capable. Kelly played 6 for QLD didn't he? Tuimavave played 8 the year before for QLD. Condon is an 8 more than a 6/7 and Titi, whilst a lock for NC last year could be 8 where he played in the u15 MetNorth trials before switching...
