I wouldn't have Giteau in the team for an All Blacks match but I would start him against the Boks. Against the AB's I'd play Barnes or Fainga'a @ 12. JOC (James O'Connor) would be good to come in from the wing to finish the last 20 minutes at 12 if we were chasing the game.

Yeah the Brumbies played well they really showed up in defence for the full 80 & never gave the Reds quick, clean ball all night. Saia Fainga'a had a shocker last night after a stupid no look pass that mised his brother & then a poor lineout throw after Quade had kicked us into a great position.

Jay I'm actually more confused now, didn't Mccaw argue it wasn't a ruck & that's why he picked the ball up? So if it was a ruck then Dickenson was spot on if it was still a tackle contest as McCaw perceived then what is the ruling on McCaw's entry? Honest question.

That wasn't Flynn for the saders & I see what you're saying about the Reds hooker but his head never popped out of the scrum it moved slightly up but never out. I'm still not sold on McCaw's entry anyway as he definitely came from a wider position than where Ioane was standing.

Andy Ellis had a better game this year at suncorp than he did last year now all of a sudden he's the saviour.

No disagree Skippy he's gone we have to move on, I know if Pocock goes down we're in trouble but that's no different than the All Blacks & McCaw. Robinson is back in 5 weeks & Hodgson has been brilliant whenever Pocock has been injured for the Force.

How does the finals play out then I thought it would just be 1v6 2v5 & 3v4 with the winner staying on.

I think the Reds will finish on top of the log now they have pipped the Crusaders so if the Tahs make the finals I hope they don't finish 6th. I'm happy for the Reds to play anyone but the Saders or Tahs in the 1st week of the finals.
