    Refereeing decisions

So here's the question for you. Would you rather the on field team not make tight calls, which they think are right, and have that try scored just for the TMO to bring it back if they were in touch, or would you rather have a human error call like that happen once in a blue moon?

The Argentinian player successfully charged the ball down, Blyth didn't. Not sure how you think Blyth had a more legitimate attempt when he failed...

I'm glad I just run around with a whistle these days, some of the collisions between the EH and Moorabbin lads a few weeks ago were huge.

    RWC jerseys

That's much better than last year's home jersey with all the red lines on the bottom of it.

I'd assume so, but I haven't seen one all year.

The citing commission look for cardable offences IIRC. They have probably deemed it a PK only piece of FP, which means they haven’t found something of note for a card.

But he wasn’t trying to shoulder charge him in the head. He’s bent at the knees and hips with his arm up to make a legal tackle. 6 Highlanders isn’t the issue here. Red 5 going that low into contact doesn’t help, but 2 Highlanders doing a speed bump tackle is the foul play that could have been...

That’s not foul play. 6 blue is bent at the hips, his arm was up to warp after contact with the shoulder, you know how we teach kids to tackle, but Reds 5 is so far bent over there isn’t anything the Highlanders player can do.

    Refereeing decisions

I disagree, otherwise why stop at 2? Why not get all 5 Australian TMOs in the box each game? Ultimately they only have 8 minutes of game time to reach a decision, not much time to continue with the role, watch replays, come to a decision, and then debate if it’s a RC or not.

    Refereeing decisions

The TMO has an assistant in the box with them, but they just run the screens and get the angles that the TMO wants to see, ultimately the decision lies with the TMO and the TMO only.

He played 8 a few times in the Dewar Shield in the last couple of years and definitely has the ball running of it, but if you can get him to scrum as well as run the ball why would you move him?
